I believe if you are looking for Lactating women then you have to find them after they had their baby. Being pregnant does not mean that they are lactating. It does not happen until after she had her baby.

This order will be a tough one to fill as most if not all pregnant gals

1) Will not report they are pregnant as most "ordinary mongers" are not into that so shut out business for them.

2) Pregnant women in LOS are not likely to be out at all. For example, for a city of millions, ever notice you NEVER see any pregnant ladies around in BKK.

I doubt if their is a massage parlour with 'warped' themes like this, but anything is possible in Thailand for the right price. Ask at the wilder parlours or bars based on others experiences already reported in the forum.
