That is a good question, and my answer may be different from others.

I don't have the time windows of a couple of hours for DH. If I did, I'd probably make an arrangement.

Tobita is also relatively easy. Walk in, walk out, job done. Also there is no possibility of not getting who you want. She's right there, and if you aren't into her you just keep walking.

If you know a DH service you can recommend in Osaka, I'm keen to hear about it.

    How much is sex worth?

A good question, since few of us are able/willing to pay 44,000 for an hour (Sudsy aside) but happy to pay Tobita rates.

However the answer is fairly simple and related to how much money is in a guy's pocket and how horny he is.

Often guys just want to get off, and it is here a 3,000-5,000 BJ or a 10,000 Tobita lay is sufficient. This is especially true if you are about to go out on the town and want to take the edge off before a night of Nampa.

Other times, taking it easy and paying a beautiful DH gal 25-30,000 for a couple hours of romance is more desirable.

    Namba

The massage palour located near Wendy's in Namba has closed down and moved.
If you walk to the Takashimaya department store and stand in from of it you'll be able to see an elevated highway. Cross the street so you are under the highway and cross the street again (staying under the highway) and walk about 40 meters (the elevated highway is across the street on your right. There is a convenience store with a red sign (Daily Yamazaki) on the left then a business school. Turn down the first street on the left and (right around the corner-a few steps) you'll see the little princess in the ball cap on the left. It is located in the basement and I think there is a yellow sign there.

It would be interesting to know what people pay in this shop and what they get.
All I've ever gotten was an ok handjob by the old woman and her assistant (it was too dark to tell much) The handjob was ok she let a little semen ooze out before she mopped it up. There is nothing quite like having a handtowel pressed down on the top of your apparatus while the urge to cum is building. It takes most of the pleasure out of it!

I moved all but 8,000 yen from my wallet and paid my 5,000. uturally she wanted more once I was squished into the booth. She'll happily relieve you of all you have and give you a handjob no matter how much money you give her. This is my opinion.
In the evening there is a man occupying her position as tout and he has never acknowledged my existece.

The only other place I know of in Namba that will hail foreigners in located on the street behind the Kenucky Fried Chicken. If you walk along it a tall man with glasses and a slight resemblance to Lurch (The Adams Family character) will grunt at you. I haven't tried to sample his wares yet.

    Tobita opinion poll

I've tried to make a very simple map of the Tobita area.

X is the Tennoji station side. Y is the Shin-Imamiya side. Z near Abeno subway station and W is unimportant.

I've found that I get the most invitations in the section marked B and the least in A. Does anyone else find this to be the case?

C does not have many houses (there are buildings and vacant lots there. D has a few houses but older women. H is the elevated highway. F is residential and has no prostitution.

It is my hope that if we can determine the area that has the greatest success rate for international mongers that it will help us and possibly make it less humiliating and painful to visit Tobita. There is nothing quite like a walk in this area to make a person feel worthless. Especially when you consider that the bearded homeless man under the highway would be accepted by the most beautiful girl if he had the money, simply because he is Japanese. While you would be rejected because you are not.

If you walk from Tennoji station X to Z and then to P it is much cleaner and nicer than walking through the shopping street. Or from Z to P if you take subway ( Tanimachi T28)

I'd be very interested to read where most mongers have had the most success. I walked through A first and was so depressed by the expressions of disgust on all the faces of those beautiful girls that I raced through B despite the invitations. I left with my money and thoroughly defeated. When I try again I'll start with section B.

    Tobita: part two

Went to Tobita again recently. The experience wasn't the best of the times I've been, but I'll catalogue it here for the curious.

I went on a weekend-- a Saturday just after one p.m. Not the best time, I think. From what I've heard the "shops" only open at noon and not all of them at that. I'd say only about 1/5 of them were open at that time.

There were a few guys walking about, but not so many. I tend to walk a bit behind the Japanese guys, so they're not right behind me. The mamas have mirrors and can see you coming, and by my reckoning they're keen to keep the Japanese clientele, and might ignore you if they think they they'll lose the business of the Japanese who are next in line. This is just a poorly-researched theory.

I stopped in to a place with another girl in a high school uniform. Mainly because I wasn't getting any "Irrashaimase" from most of the other mamas.

Tobita has all sorts--older women, younger women, women in costume, "large" women, and so on. There were more of the "larger" type that day, it seems. A lot of genkan were empty so maybe I was just having bad luck in that the girls who would've really been my type were occupied at the time.

I stopped after one round of one of the blocks--I was in kind of a hurry, so I didn't reconnoiter the whole area.

So I went in, and they asked if I could handle Japanese. No problem.

The girl had no breasts really to speak of, which was disappointing. She was friendly and seemed young--younger than she said, perhaps, but she claimed she was "hatachi"--twenty years old. That seems to be the stock answer.

Her nom de guerre was Miho. I only paid for 15 minutes (11,000 I think). I paid, of course, up front.

Said she was from Osaka city. Dropped the skirt, blouse, loose socks and bra immediately--on retrospect, I would've liked to have taken those off her myself (I should have asked to do so.)

She asked me to lie down on the bed. I obliged, and kneeled beside me and jacked me off for a bit bareback. Her little titties shook during this which was great eye candy. She was cute but not a knockout.

I asked her how long she'd been working (a month) where she was from (Osaka) if she liked the job (ha ha), if there was anything fun about it (the talking part was fun) and then she put the condom on with her mouth and blew me for a minute. Conversation abruptly ceased. (So much for her fun part.)

We swapped positions and I fingered her. She hadn't applied any lubricant, and wasn't so wet, but I wanted to try to prep her for the main event. The clock kept ticking so I just entered her and let her sit in my lap for a bit, me sitting up and hugging her and rubbing her little titties against my chest.

Hard to tell how she felt--she was quite business-like about it all. But I do usually want to at least make the effort to please the girl. Yes, I'm naive.

We kept it up and she bounced up and down on me for a while, me holding the back of her ass. Then I lay her down and fucked her missionary. She was okay with "back-u" so she rolled over and "presented" rearward, and we went doggy style. She had great thighs and a nice ass, and that, as they say, was that.

The Tobita girls are very good about taking care of you once you pop, and she immediately took the condom off me and wiped me down. This is probably a practical measure on their part.

When I left the mama told me I should settle down and marry a nice Japanese girl. This struck me as very funny, but nice of her to say. She gave me three pieces of hard candy as a "saabisu." Again, very endearing.

This was not my best Tobita moment, but still enjoyable. I was out right under 15 minutes, which is shorter than I've ever stayed before.

EDITOR'S NOTE: I certainly hope that the author or somebody else will post a link to this report in the Reports of Distinction thread. Please Click Here for more information.

Anybody up for mongering Wed. and or Thur. this week?

    Gents,

I am in Osaka today and tomorrow, and am looking to do some mongering, both of the P4P and nampa variety. I've poked around the area today (sorted out where Tobita is) and speak pretty good Japanese. Apologies for the very short notice, but if anyone is game, by all means send me a PM.

    Cheers,

    HH

    Near Itami

Hello, I will be in Itami for one night before I fly out for business and was curious if there are any recommendations for delivery health near the area, comments and suggestions are welcome.

    Thanks!

Good find. I used the LAT/LON listed on 21Over map to find Tobita on Google Earth. Had to monkey around a little, but found the area. Here are the coords I used for my GE bookmark:

    TOBITA (Hanazonocho) ROCKS!

This post will be dedicated to my recent "discovery" of TOBITA/HANAZONOCHO, but before I forget: A great big THANK YOU is going out here to both Brigategb and Teddy Johnwa: You guys rock!

Scheduled, on very short notice, to spend 2 days/2 nights in Osaka earlier this week, I checked this thread the night before.

Never having been to Osaka before (not counting a single brief layover at KIX a couple of years back), I had no idea what to expect. Except that Japan has been called "the land of tears" (somewhere on this forum, as I recall), and has the reputation (deserved or not) of being gaijin unfriendly.

My previous short jaunts to LOT had always been to Fukuoka, always on brief business trips out of Korea. I probably couldn't count the number of times I've walked round Nakasu in vain; and ISG, it must be said, has NOT been a help with Fukuoka, one of LOT's biggest cities. So it's been, what? four or five trips to FUK for me now? And never a shot at any action.

So what happened to me in Osaka the other day came as a VERY pleasant surprise, on more than one level.

First, I jotted down Teddy Johnwa's directions to Tobita before leaving Korea.

I can confirm that they are EXACTLY correct. Hanazonocho Subway Station (conveniently just two stops from NAMBA station, which is essentially the public transport hub of the city), exit 3A, turn left (do not cross the street). I'd just add that you may have to walk more like 10 minutes, maybe 12 or 15 (as opposed to just 5-6), before reaching the "Bread and Food" convenience store. (Of course, I may just be a slow walker, or TJ a fast one.) You'll pass a set of train tracks along the way. "Bread and Food" is impossible to miss, as it's signposted that way IN ENGLISH, with the sign facing onto the street. In other words, it's a bit of a walk, but a straight shot from the subway. Impossible to get lost, even at night.

So I went Wednesday night (Oct. 26) and . . . was disappointed. (On this first, failed visit.) I wandered the entire area between about 10 and 11 PM. Most of the shops were shuttered. There were no cars, and almost no pedestrians, anywhere in sight. The entire area was all but deserted, with precious few signs of life. I was shaking my head in dismay: How can the city's big RLD be closed at this time of night? (To be sure, the first two shops just to the left of Bread and Food did invite me in, but neither of the two gals there appealed to me, so I kept walking.)

I'm a white guy, by the way, and speak no Japanese beyond phrasebook level--just to get that out of the way.

Returning to ISG the following day, I noted that TJ says he likes to go midday, and that Brigategb had also gone in the afternoon. Armed with this fresh new info, I decided to try again.

On my second visit, made around 3 to 4 PM Thursday, I found many, many shops open. (Most, seemingly, were still shuttered. Do some of them never open? Is Japan still that depressed economically, or are the police and/or yakuza involved somehow? I'm curious: any Japan veterans out there with some insight?) By daylight, it was more clear than clear to me that I'd stumbled open what has to be one of the largest RLD's anywhere on earth, stretching for many, many blocks in every direction, with almost every single storefront a brothel (if most, once again, shuttered). Enough of them, however, (100+?) were open for business that the effect was still impressive.

Each shopfront featured an identical mise-en-scene: An elderly mamasan standing at the opening; a younger woman (mid-twenties to maybe 35 or 40) sitting in a chair a few steps behing her. All the women I saw wore Western-style dresses (off-the-shoulder, but not otherwise sexy) or, in a few cases, kimonos. They were not overly made-up or noticeably "whorish." The few propositions I received, all from the mamasans, were not aggressive in nature. Simply, "Dozo."

After many circuits of the neighborhood, I turned a corner and was greeted by my fourth or fifth "Dozo." (Most mamas ignored me, but I don't know if that's because I'm gaijin or because I don't speak the language and wasn't trying any method of approach save occasional eye contact.) This one seemed pleasant and polite, so I stopped to acknowledge her greeting. The youngish, pretty provider jumped out of chair, and greeted me with a warm smile. Everything seeming to be copacetic, I agreed to pay the 11,000 yen tariff (for 20 mins.). No problem with the language barrier: The price was posted on the wall, in prominent Arabic numerals, the mama said "twenty minutes" in English, and the provider smiled at me the entire time.

What followed was unmistakeably one of the best 20 minutes of my entire life.

I'm not going to add many details, because they couldn't do justice to the experience. Suffice it to say that the entire session was HIGHLY GFE, and VERY, VERY professional.

Having been to Thailand several times now, and with Tobita as a brand new point of comparison (I'd never been with a J-Gal before), I've got to say that my whole world has been rocked. Who needs BKK, when Japan can provide for you like this? (I won't even mention Korea. Nightmares.)

To sure, 11,000 yen looks a bit on the steep side. Consider though: A visit to Soi Cowboy. One drink for you, one for the lady. A second round, maybe a third; maybe a semi-mandatory mamasan drink or two. A barfine. Short-time might be quoted at 1500 baht. You might be asked to take the gal upstairs, in which case you'll be charged for the room. All that might set you back close to 4000 baht, which at today's exchange rate comes to . . . 12,800 yen.

    JAPAN WINS, HANDS DOWN!

Thank you mamasan, and thank you, my anonymous Tobita GF for 20 minutes!

Thanks no less to Jackson, Brigategb, and Teddy Johnwa: it wouldn't have happened without you!

A straighforward way to reach the area. Maybe I will make you walk 10 minutes, but you can't miss it. Only straight until a clear landmark. Here it is : get a map of Osaka underground system (you can have one free in any station, just ask the staff they will give you one free in english).

Reach station "Hanazonocho", go to exit 3A. You'll pop out on a pavement at a main traffic light. Do not cross the road, just turn left and follow the pavement. Go straight down following the main road, keep on the left side. Walk for about 5-6 minutes, about 500m. In correspondence to traffic light -the 6th- you will see a small convenience store called "Bread and Food", it has a yellow neon panel resembling a sun. You can't miss it.

Turn left in the small road at this traffic light and you will be in right in the heart of the district. You will notice the white first lanterns of the shops. There is a network of small roads with many shops.

Mamasan are inside with girl on display sited nearby, walk slowly and look at the girls there, sooner or later some of them will call you in. Basically it is a gaijin-friendly district, I went twice and had no problem to be accepted, even if -lets say- about 60% of shop mamasan did not call me in.

I only visit this place during midday or early afternoon because I read in this forum that is a dangerous place. Actually it looks a little eary, with strange people an bums walking around the station area. In the district itself I saw less people... however the air was sort of screaming "behave.... behave....".

In other words I do not think it is a place to go drunken or in groups with "happy" friends, like in the central RLDs. It is the heart of old-style japanese sex life, so its better to be cool there.

If you speak some japanese will help a lot, anyway I don't and everything went smooth.

It is a nice japanese old stile experience. Take care and be safe.

    Tobita

I had the EXACT same problem but luckily I am a stubborn ass, so I just kept walking, and then......there is was. Rows and rows of young hot J girls.

I am caucasian, was solo, wearing a jacket and slacks, and got about a 40% "dozo" rate from the mama sans. Don't act like an asshole and you will get invited into some places.

Anyway back to directions. its south east of Dobutsuen mae station. Maybe 500 meters south east of exit 2. Exit 2 is your best bet (thanks Tokyo Fun for good directions!!!) go south through the slightly scummy covered shopping arcade. Ignore the homeless. Then make a left after abour 5-10 minutes.
