Nice to see some regular members make it back onto the new forum. I thought this forum was almost dead and buried also.

If you are going to cruise down in St Kilda regularly with the current police presence it may be better to avoid going around the block frequently. This will surely attract attention and the police will give you a hard time as I have experience personally.

The police are even stepping up their foot patrols in Carlisle St recently. So don't expect to see a lot of WL's around during the day.

Occassionally I have seen 3 WL's together working regularly from the corner of a side street on Carlisle St near Nepean Hwy. Can anyone tell me more about these WL's as they appear together in the evenings only for short periods of time? I assume that they are popular as they do not stay out for long.

yeah heard that the police are cracking down on the SW in st kilda!!! read The Age newspaper on the 19th june and 20th june they mention of new policy reform on street prosituation in st kilda.

anyway went down on monday and tuesday 17th and 18th june, not many SW around in fact only a few and there are about 4 to 5 police cars doing round in the area or even set up road block in greaves st.

I went to St Kilda about a months ago witha mate for a look see, as I've never been down there at night before. Went down some small side street, and the coppers were comming right at us, but ignored us. But about an hour later they followed us down the same street and pulled us over, but all they did was a licence check so we were lucky! St Kilda was alive and well last night.

Having found new territory in Gertrude St Fitzroy for some months I thought I would go back to my old haunt in St Kilda to check out the local scene.

Grey street was quite active again with plenty to choose from and several new faces. Some regulars were there like Susan on the corner of Greeve Street.

Kerry was back again after several months away in Qld and NSW.
