Now if these are meant to be starting guidelines, than I can agree with this. Experience is the only way to achieve proper skills to negociate. Alot of factors come into play that are not mentioned. Compitition on that particular night is a big one. And I am refering to not only the number of shoppers, but also the quality of the "talent pool" out and about on any given night. I do agree that low balling is a sure way to a lousy performance. you must hit that golden number where she knows she cannot railroad you, but she still wants and needs your business. You must remember that this is strictly a business deal, nothing more. She wants all she can get, with the least amount of "Wear and Tear". You want a GFE, or a wild fuck for as little as you can. A quick offer is also not a good idea. I am not saying wait to move in. This is also foolish. Move in, have a few drinks, and then ease into the business dealings. After she quotes you, and you must let her come up with the starting figure, don't react immediatly to it. let her try to read your mind. A poker face, and no immediate reaction will soon bring a more attactive offer quickly.

Why not just give a lowball price? 500 for ST, 1000 for LT?

I generally see lowballing as a joke and I am positive the girls see it that way as well (you only have one chance to make a first impression.) You're either in Boca Chica (or Sosua) to buy pussy or not. If you want to make jokes, it's done to your detriment.

I'm not saying that I don't offer RD$500. I'm just saying that I offer RD$500 for girls that are approx. RD$500. For short-time, sometimes I pay RD$600, RD$700, RD$800, RD$1,000 or RD$1,200 (it's been a long time since I've paid more than RD$1,200 for anything in BC or Sosua.)

Just by looking at the girl and evaluating your surroundings you should know off the bat approximately how much it's going to cost you. Then, depending on how horny you are, you should offer 0-20% less.

If you really want to bang this girl:
1) Estimate how much it's going to cost you ("STEP #1")
2) Decide if you want to pay this price
3) Make an offer (0-20% less estimate)
4) Listen to her acquiesce or negotiate

You should be more than willing to walk away if she asks for more than 20% of your initial offer.

BTW: If the girl agrees rather quickly to accompany you after you've made your initial offer, you've paid too much! A slow decision can mean a number of things.

Although, I highly recommend that one negotiate, 20% of the time I don't. If the girl is so hard or so new I will look to negotiate as to limit confusion. Nevertheless, in some instances, I don't negotiate.

When I feel I'm in a position of power, knowing that the woman will take what I give her, I don't bother to negotiate. We have some drinks, fuck, then I drive her back.

Nice looking Chica. Thanks for the post. I tend to disagree on a couple of issues in your post. One, for all the newbies you NEVER take advantage of the services of the chica without having agreed upon a price. You survived this time but you cood have very easily ended up at the police station trying to pay your way out of a sticky situation. It sounds like you were with a pretty classy chica to not escalate the issue. Many would still be screaming for the police. You may want to consider yourself lucky and change your strategy on this one unless you are a Big baller that will pay anything.

I agree that learing the language and culture will enhance ones abilities, but I would not say don't bother if one cares not to learn. If your heading to the DR for cheap P4P and don't know the language or culture and don't have the inclination to learn them, my advise is don't bother.

I have taken that Caribe Tours bus from POP to SDQ and make sure that you wear a sweater or jacket because that air blows super cold..Now imagine suffering through that for 5 hours..

What you can do is drive, If you have rented the car already, make her take a bus, or pay a taxi about ($115) to take you straight there.

If you ask Peter then the answer is no for the passions girls at Passions. But, if you take one out to a hotel for an hour and a half then you can negotiate exactly what you want. 500 salida for 1.5 hours and full service.
