None of the "full" clubs will refuse service to foreigners who can speak Korean. But there aren't exactly a million foreigners beating down their doors. Lincoln is one which I've frequented for about two years (the W400,000 price includes a credit-card surcharge, plus room fee in the hotel upstairs) and I am told I'm the only foreigner who comes there not accompanied by Korean hosts.

FYI, the "full" room salon in that post is called the Lincoln Noblesse Club. As in the post, the website is http://www.oioup.com/home.php. For those that can't read Korean, if you have Google Earth it's located around 37 30 27.10N, 127 03 18.42E (about 600 meters west of the COEX). I may be off by a block or so though, since those Korean maps are inaccurate as hell.

Call me paranoid, but now that this place (Lincoln) has been ID'd in the western media (I think that blog has a high readership), how much does anyone want to bet either 1) it will refuse service to westerners, if it already hasn't done so, or 2) police pressure to clean up. Or both.

I haven't been there or know anyone who has. It seems a little out of my price range, though, as it lists prices at 310,000 won per person for the "hardcore" menu of liquor, snacks, and beer. I'm not sure, nor does the site explain, how the hardcore menu is different from the slightly cheaper "full menu."

Well, I am not sure whether I should post it since it does not add much new and at the sime time stamps me as an naive boy, but anyway, before someone accuses me not report but only to ask, here is my little tale.
