good streets
The good streets are the two or three that run just parallel to the shopping arcade. If you take a cab from the station, ask for Tobita Shinchi. When you get out of the cab, keep walking down the street perpindicular from the cab on the passenger's side. The arcade is about three streets down.
I prefer the day time, since the crowds are less, and I think the women are hotter, but less places are open. It is only a few stops on the subway from work, so I can make it down there and back within the lunch hour. Puts a sparkle on the rest of the work day.

Your questions seem pretty obvious. Have you ever been in a strip bar where they don't expect tips? There is no pressure for tips, and even if you don't tip there is a lot of mashing your face in their boobs, touching, etc.
Of course you pay for lap dances. Where in the world are lap dances free? My first and last was not worth the money my buddy paid for it for my birthday. (I suppose that is kind of a free lap dance.)
We are going again Friday, November 16 for a buddy's Sayonara party, if you want to join us. The different bars got together, and ceased the all you can drink, but they still have a special drink/entry price of ¥7,000 for five beers and entry for 10 or more.

I was in Osaka earlier in the month of oct. When I first walked around saw a lot of old, chubby, and not so good looking women. I was wondering please tell me there has got to more and this must be the bad area, finally I found an area where the girls were really good looking. Don't know if this was the good area people were talking about. It was the weekend that I went- and was as you folks put getting a 95%+ call rate-so many to chose from so little time and money. Finally, Freajia
Sorry for posting twice, but I just found the card I received from Freajia. As Stew2 mentioned, it is in the last door on the left. The door is closed, and outside has another Kanji name. Just get inside, and (I don't know why) the sign of Freajia is next to the door. It is a very small place, and the counter is right after the door. I think it explains partly why it is so cheap.
The guy was very nice, and when I told him last time I entered by mistake to the other store, he told me that prices are really different. He just proceeded to tell me the prices and the offer they had for 60min plus Hotel (8900yen). It was before 7pm, so it was ok. I also took the shimei, and although I saw a kinda nice girl, I choosed another that looked like gal type (Sae). I never had a gal in Japan, so I though it could be nice, but I should have looked more carefully the age (29). Well, I waited in a small room next to the counter and she was ready in less than 5min.
She was definetively not like in the picture. Short hair, a bit fatty (long one and younger in the pic) and definetively taller than I expected (1.68m, and I am 1.64m). Well, I was hoping at least she may have a nice rack. She took me to the same hotel from the other shop I went and payed the room.
This time it was really small room. Only place for the bed (it was enclosed in the walls), and bath. She was talkative. I finally tried Freajia... As I said in a previous post, the first time I tried to find it, I ended in the shop that is in front of it. Sadly I didnt read the report of Stew2 http://www.InternationalSexGuide.nl/forum/showthread.php?p=594254 so I couldn't figure out that it was the last door on the left.
Well, the one I went was a kinda usual price one. It was called something like Nabeyama Clinic (at least that was the card I received). If you go to Diamond Bld, 4f and just right out of the elevator you will see their office. There are two guys behind a counter, and I talked to the one on the left. I started to figure out it was not Freajia when I looked to the prices. It was something like 14000yen for 60min, without Hotel fare. The girls were nice, though, but my budget was kinda small and I was thinking about just to leave when the counter guy told me that there was an offer for a girl that just started that day. It was 12000yen including hotel fare, and the girl didnt look so bad (it was not so clear keitai picture). I choosed her, and they made me wait in the room next to the office (just in front of Freajia!!). There was another guy, and they had a TV and a beverage machine. When my turn came, they send me to the elevator and told me the girl will wait for me in the second floor.
I got in and meet her as told. She took me to a small hotel just one block away (I later found out that also Freajia girls take you there too). We entered, I payed the room, and we got into bussiness. No FS, but it was pretty much GFE. Gals Network-good and bad
The good is that despite identifying me as a non-native speaker they said they would send me the girl I requested. They said something about size is a worry, and that Europeans and Americans were OK (black Americans?).
The bad is that it took an hour for a callback, then half an hour for delivery. No FS, but fun anyway and managed 2 rounds.
Cost was 26,000/100min. Should have been 22,000 since I had a coupon. They said that since I requested the girl, the coupon was out and the name fee was in-although it turned out the girl only adopted the name I gave them and wasn't the same gal on the website. I went to the Chinese Hoteru Grassy Knoll reported about last night.
His directions are very accurate, but me being an idiot I got a bit lost. I can provide a few more specific details though. Make sure you go through the East Mall of the Whitey underground shopping complex. Continue traveling through the East Mall until you get to an rounded open area with a water fountain in the middle. There are several exits here - you'll want to take the one that leads out to Ogimachi Street. I think it's either exit 11 or 14.
I caught the name of the place, but it's written in all kanji, so unless you speak Japanese or Chinese that doesn't really help you. It does say "Este 1F" in katakana though. After you turn left on the street across from the walled shrine, the building is on the right. Go in, and there's a little hallway/open space with an elevator. There's another hallway to the right of elevator, which leads to the reception area. I'm pretty sure it's one of, if not the only shop with a reception area on the ground floor, as the rest seem to be either in the basement, or on higher floors.
I came down the hall, and I spotted two guys, who were quick to welcome me in. If I get the welcome treatment with no hesistation, then I'm pretty sure any foreigner would. I hadn't even displayed any Japanese language ability yet. One guy lead me to a small couch, and pointed out the prices. I opted for the 60 min course for 12,000 yen. He came back with a board with pictures of the girls on it. All of them except for 2 were available, and he pointed out the ones that were ready to go immediately. I tried taking my time looking at the picture - read the reality behind the airbrushing and all. I notice that Ai is available - I was tempted to choose her given GK's positive review. After a minute or so, the guy asked if I wanted to look at the girls directly, so I agreed to that and he led me into the small little lobby-type area.
Well, the girls were VERY excited to see me, and there was really only one question on their minds - is he big?
