I've been studying the forum in preparation for my first trip to Cali in a couple of days. I am finding conflicting addresses on Clinica de Amor. Could someone please give me the correct address? And is it near Hotel Obelisco, where I'll be staying?
If anyone else is going to be there between 1/11-15 and would like to hook up please pm me.
Thanks!

It's renown for horse farms, stables, ect. When Cali, I'd suggest asking any of the owners of fine boot stores. (the kind of specialty shop that sell fine boots for cavalgatas) I'm sure they'd be able to steer you right.

Posts: 445Equestrian Stables outside of Cali?
Does anyone know of any stables on the outskirts of Cali. My novia and I both like horseback riding, and one would have to assume due to many horses being on the streets during Feria, that there should be stables near by, perhaps maybe out towards Palmeira?
Any info would be appreciated.

I am going to try to go in February for a short stay in Cali. I will send an email out if any other mongers are going to be there the same time I am when I know for sure.
The girl on your last pic looks familiar to me. She looks like someone I met via one of the dating sites but never got to meet one on one. She was from Palmira and went by the name of Maria?
Thanks for the info and the pics.

Many taxi drivers are not from Cali. However if you ask three taxi drivers where 2 Bis is, chances are two will know. So if you obly asked one taxi driver, you should have asked another.
Anyway it's also easier to tell the taxi driver that you want to go to La Piscina because even if he doesn't know the streets well, most know how to get to La Piscina.
From Ave Sexta it is simple to get to 2 Bis. (See the Map)
The girls at these casas can be just fair to quite pretty. Most give decent service though. A few will not leave the premises however because they are not from Cali and fear going out of their confines often because it's the only place they know of in Cali. So sometimes I do have to do the do in these dives, none of which have hot running water.
Cheers,
Cubanut

I was in Cali back a few months ago and I asked a cab driver to take me to 2bis ave. He told me he did not know so I opted to stay in my more familiar areas. Where and how do you get to this street?

Like Ricker wrote, the address for Casa de Agua is correct. Ave 2 Bis N 34N-35. It used to be called Mundo Tuercas (see card below). There are two other casas on either side of it as well.
It is also just two doors down from La Piscina Ave 2bis Norte # 34N-65 (60 min. In house is $57, 000 and $70, 000 bar fine and whatever you negotiate with the girl).
There are two other places close by:
Playmates Room. Avenida 2Bis, Norte # 34N-61. (60 min. Is $60, 000 in-house). Chicas del Norte. Avenida 2Bis Norte # 28N. 57 ($35. 000 30 min. & $55. 000 60 mins. In-house).
This area is called Barrio San Vicente and is right where the river/canal is and I wonder how it looked in it's hey day because La Piscina, Casa de Agua and the other houses look like they were at one time grand locations to live in. They are all quite run down now and is also why I prefer not to do the girls on premises.
Cheers,
Cubanut
