Not really an FR but just a report that there's mongering opportunities in them thar malls! The Filipinas use a different and less efficient route. PRC has this down to a tee but others not so. And yes for Filipinas some delay and people being greedy. Also some age restrictions on them (under 23/25) which have been around a while but really enforced and this is now being enforced at times (selectively)
LE in Abu Dhabi - always been there but never as prominent as Dubai (visually or in the media). But not surprised at all.
