Also, please keep in mind Thai wages. How you can feel sorry for the girl which makes a more than a 3-4 daily minum wage in just two hours (600-800B)? If the girl gets 800B per customer with tips, has 1. 5 customers per day and works 25 days per week, then she would make 800*1. 5*25 = 30000B per month. That's more than 6 TIMES minimum wage and a more than an young worker with a master's degree from a good university would earn. And all this with just 3 hours of work per day (1. 5 customers * 2 hours/customer) instead of 8-9 hours per day for a normal job.

The attendants on the lobby floor, receptionists and room maids were all friendly enough. Customers are predominantly local, so the floor staff speak little English, if at all. If you have Thai language skills, all the better of course. Business opens at 2 PM on week days and I was there about an hour or two later. The lobby is dark and largely empty; the fish bowl, naturally, is well lit. Several booths give you the option to sit down and order a drink before you go upstairs. But they're located along the wall opposite the fish bowl - a little too far away to get a good look at the girls, let alone read their number tags. So you really need to stand in the middle of the lobby area to make your choice. The floor attendants carry a notepad and pen for you to jot down a number if you can't speak Thai.My first visit was towards 4 PM. About 18 to 20 girls sat in the fish bowl. Business was brisk. I hung back for a while and observed who was being selected. The preferences leaned towards girls with ample breasts and/or fair skin (actually I didn't see too many with darker complexions). Age range was probably 22 to 32. You're not going to find an 18 year old fashion model at this place. But when the fish bowl was well stocked, maybe 4 or 5 babes were definitely my type (cute, narrow face, slim figure, tight ass, flat tummy). All this ogling meant that by the time I started looking in earnest, the fish bowl was down to six girls. She also didn't ask me to compensate her for going past an hour but I left a tip. Looking back, I should've given her another 500 as well as the tip.But we did exchange numbers and I called to make sure she was on shift a couple days later. As usual, she first drew a bath, and while the tub was being filled, we made small talk. But then things went off track. She became distraught, started crying and apologized for it. She said she was upset that I hadn't called her the day before but it was probably more about the challenges of being a single parent. Anyway, I didn't have the heart to bail and grab myself another girl. Instead I ended up comforting her in my arms for most of the session (yes, compassion can handicap anyone looking to get the most bang for the money). I think she appreciated the gesture, responding between sobs with kisses. But sex wasn't in the cards that day. Oh well. At least it was nice to know more about the person behind the provider.
