You are right, but I have been going to Palace before they started calling it Palace and it use to be my favorite places in Hessen to play. On the rare occasions that I do enter its doors, I still get good treatment from the personnel. I do indeed feel that I not only have the right to criticize this club, but that my opinion is pretty fair.

Actually, the comment was prompted by Jackyo who stated he hadn’t been there in two years and also stated that the guys who like Palace did so because they didn’t know any better (or were the Laufhaus crowd).

If you occasionally pass through the doors still, then you have earned the right to continue to comment. Although, I think you should post the good, the bad and the ugly (full visit reports).

Nah. Having lived for so long in D'land, I have probably been influenced by the attitude that it is easier to criticize something than to praise it.

Still, "hate" is a strong word. I do not personally know the people who own or run Palace other than a nod and "Hallo" when visiting the place. I do think that they commit a gross error by not holding their gals to higher standards. But, hate? I save my hate for truly important things in life.

Biased? Possibly. But you have to remember that Palace WAS my place for a long time. Use to spend many hours and many Euros there. It would be in my interest if the place operated on the up and up. I do prefer World and Oase and the NRW clubs to Palace, and for what I think are fair and legitimate reasons. Not sure that any of them have to do with bias.

I really am not trying to be arrogant or tell you what you think/feel; it just seems to come out that way and you seem to overlook the fact that what goes on at Palace could and does go on in almost every club out there, even your precious GT.

Never took it that way, my friend. However, I don't think that you can honestly compare what goes on at Palace with what goes on at GT. Also the few at GT and LR who will try to cheat on the time and price in the room are easy to spot. Furthermore, if it does happen at GT or LR, and the customer has a legit beef, the management will stand behind the customer. Happened to me recently at LR and I had the full support of the lady at the desk. The people at Palace just shrug their shoulders and say "That's between you and the girl."

Often we hear/read such indignant commentary about Palace and esp. the utter audacity of the managment to charge 10E more than other clubs for Eintritt, but then it is no problem to go to, say, Artemis where the prices rival or even exceed Palace. Or the fact that you might pay more to get into Palace, but you end up saving three times that in lesser travel fees and the advantage to leave/re-enter club and do things in an urban centre before going back to session more in a fully re-charged state.

We've been through this one a number of times, and I have already taken issue with the notion of the 10 Euros entrance fee and the cost of getting to the other Hessen clubs. Having been to Artemis and FKK Haus, I really do not have a huge problem with the 10 extra euros. I just wish that the ten extra Euros purchased at bit better product.

And I am not trying to promote Palace more than any other club: I like them all. But I am just trying to point out that there are several experienced mongers (Ortos, Hessen Bub, Radler, etc.) out there who disagree with the kind of blanket propaganda being spread about this club in particular.

Well, I would take issue the notion that my critiques or the reports of my fellow brethren who visited the place are "blanket propaganda". I have told you the problems that I have with Palace. Those problems are pretty specific. Most negative reports that I read here and in other forums are also pretty specific and hardly qualify as "blanket propaganda."

Lastly, and I've said this before: It is not the club that is more GFE or more of a rip-off or more prone to produce "crap sessions." It is the girls you or I select and how we interact with them and the signals we give off etc. that produce the results. I don't look for the management of a club to clean up after me if I make the mistakes in picking the wrong girl or if I don't clarify what I want and how much it costs, etc. pre-session. I could see the attitude change happening in the summer of 06, back when I was a semi-regular. About 80 percent of the new girls that I would go with were not delivering what at the time was Palace-Standard-service. Also, more and more girls were trying to bamboozle me on the time spent in the room. This was occurring way more so that at other clubs.

I don't think that one can easily get away with comments such as "One finds sharks at all clubs." and "Every club has girls that deliver bad service." Again, I'm not talking about sharks and bad service. I'm am talking about a collusive endeavor to cheat the customer.

By the way HB; you mentioned a number of girls who you say still come back to Palace to work. I would not trade some of the nights I've had in Palace for nights I've had in Brazil and NWR. Sometimes you have to manage things. If you can't, go where it's easy and you feel good. One way travel from Frankfurt Hbf to Palace in Industriehof/Neue Borse was 2.20€ one way tram travel to get to club and the return journey by S5 train to Frankfurt airport terminal 1 would be 3.60€ train from Palace. I took my luggage with me.

I paid my entrance fee to FKK Palace 75€ and got into my uniform of just wearing a towel. The Palace reception took my luggage and stored it behind the front desk.

Arriving inside FKK Palace at 11:30am on Easter Monday, 24 March I found the place was quiet and did not start filling up really until 6pm. At 11:30am there was 5 girls and about slightly more in number of guys.
