Hanging out in Kabul, Afghanistan I was conversing with an Afghan jeweler about some Platinum pieces when a young American female soldier approached us carrying a couple of boxes of US mail. The nice person in me started to approach her to office assistance but then something in me said don’t help her she would probably just think you are flirting and I didn’t. This was just one of the moments of dealing with American women that I avoided her to avoid the so called entitlement attitude.

In fact, I would expect to see a lot more of this as time goes buy. Especially if countries like China continue to amass wealth. There are always going to be those women who will head straight for the cash.

I mean, look at Heather Mills and Paul McCartney. She was like early 30's and he must have already been 60 when they met. You can't tell me his half-billion dollar fortune didn't have something to do with that.

Sometimes (but only rarely) I feel sorry for these super-rich guys. Especially the older ones. Deep down inside, most of them really just want love (aside from getting laid). But they can never know for certain, because there's so many hooker types out there.

If my marriage didn't work out, I don't think I'd even bother trying again. Why? Because I'm already in my mid 40's.... and am definitely not interested in women my own age (for reasons obvious to the ISG brethren). I seriously doubt that I'd be able to meet a younger woman who wasn't primarily interested in me as a meal ticket. Definitely not any girls from where I live and that's for sure.

In a way, we should appreciate the women who post such ads as the one mentioned. They are, in their own way, the honest ones. Any guy responding to that ad will, at the very least, know exactly what he's getting.

I am not completely sure about that....

Americans bring a different culture and different experience. African-American break that down even further.

You will get a different reaction than l what another Nordic guy would get.

My experience is a bit limited....

I started chatting with one woman from Norway about two years ago, last year one of my main goals was to meet this woman, who was very cute and very BLOND, typical Nordic right? lol

Well it turns out I disappointed her physically I suppose and that was that.

Other than that -

My wingman and I were in the Oslo Airport waiting for our connecting flight to Bergen when two fairly attractive Swedish girls introduce themselves and sat down.

We had a bit of convo, nothing special. One girl had a slight acne problem but otherwise was very attractive. I kinda wanted to get at the one with the clearer complexion -

But me being in American Women mode still, I didn't think to get their contact information since I would be without a car while in Bergen and they were going up in the mountains to work for a retirement home (lack of nursing jobs in Sweden), shiet if I was an experienced traveler in Europe, I think I would have tried to talk them into hooking up with us and come back to America where they several THOUSAND high paying nursing jobs.

Would have had my Swedish delight, done, case closed and only visit the forum to say HI every so often, lol but it wasn't to be.

In Bergen I really only got out two nights and I could have pulled but as I was still used to typical American women's though patterns I wasn't aggressive and I believe I missed out on at least 3 chances to hook up.

In Oslo I met homegirl and it flopped as I said either. I didn't want to go back to Bergen (maybe I should have!) I went on to Sweden instead and met up with another girl I knew online. She turned out to be 6'0 and built like a Power Forward, that said she played Center for the Swedish Jr National team. She's actually of Finnish decent, not very cute in the face, huge tities, big ass, had a child. But when I imposed on her at the last minute I could only stay one night as her mother and daughter were coming back to town and she didn't to explain where I had come from.

So we went out for the day, did some shopping, she cooked, we talked, watched TV, went to bed (nothing happen), I woke up, we had breakfast and went out separate ways at the main train station in Stockholm.

That is what happen in Nordic-land while I was there, a miserable FAILURE.

Things I took away from it -

1) Be more aggressive

2) Find were the happing clubs are in Olso and Stockholm. I already know about Bergen, Norway...

3) Spend more time there.

I was there a grand total of 10 days between two countries and never got comfortable. I'm not shy, nor am I timid however fear of rejection gets the best of me and I really need to break away from that. I can't just count on internet contacts especially in Scandinavia because the best looking women do not look overseas for potential bf/husbands. I saw better looking women in person than I ever have seen on any of the dating sites I use. That would be the best advice I would give to somebody, go there and be aggressive you'll score.
