The number of nice GF hotels--$50 USD or more--is very limited.

You really don't need A/C; in fact, many even nice hotels are freezing cold at night. Still, if you want it, it'll be more than $60.

TV you can find/get at any $50-and-up (and cheaper) hotels, but I highly recommend that you bring a decent, not-too-fancy laptop and bring your own & watch DVDs on it, as you'll then be able to choose what you like for entertainment. Kenya TV after 10/11pm is pretty boring.
