I must admit, maybe things have changed since the last time I have been to the E. Hotel last year. At that time, I paid 500 baht for a outcall massage girl to come to my room around 1:30 am. They stopped her as she was coming up and they called me to the front desk from my hotel room. They added the 500b to my hotel bill and the girl come to my room and the girl had to leave her ID with the front desk. The front desk guy said the service was provided for my protection...ya, whatever.Hay, no problem, just stay at the Palazzo, no charge to bring a girl to the room. Bhudda,I'm Asian-American and have never been charged a farang surcharge at any of the massage parlors in Bangkok. Just ask the manager, and they will gladly run through the prices. Safety of your belongings varies by location, so bring only what you can afford to lose. Having said that, I have never had anything stolen from me in BKK, and I have been going many many years.AT2
