You're going to be located just down the road from Karon Circle (or the traffic circle there) and when you reach the traffic circle from your hotel, you hang a right and a few blocks up are a buch of bars where you can get afternoon ST, but I'm not aware of any soapies there.

At least one of the bars -- it's on your right just before you get to the alley full of tiny bars -- has a massage facility that provides air mattress soapies. I think I've been to the same place. The lonely, self-standing building just as you come over the hill? Worn on the inside? BTW, Kata Thani is a great place to stay if you want to be right on the beach, on a dead end road. It's very quiet and in one of the best locations if you are into staying away from the main areas. The joint you visited does not appear upscale at all, but I agree there are sweet girls there and that it's a good place to go. That's a place that still has somewhat of a go slow, not-all-about-the-money attitude. About a year ago, I chatted with the proprietor/manager and some of her staff a bunch of times on my way to get an oilie. "You always walking? " [translation: "what's wrong with whitie who refuses to get a ride? ", I waste a good portion of my life commuting in a car. The last thing I feel like doing is sitting in a car. If you go to the left out of your hotel, and head south, go over the little hill and down the other side in Kata (north), on the second left, there is a strip of girlie bars where you can find your odd diamond in the rough, on a good, though not until mid-afternoon. And if you keep going (south), past Club Med, on the first left is a street with about 5 or so oilies, and all the way at the end, around the corner, there was one I went to a few times with a couple of really beautiful women. Karon is really nice for walking, and the space it provides with the sidewalk makes it good for running. Ditto for Kata. One thing I don't like is how aggresive the girls have become over the past 3 or 4 years, they just don't have the laid back, go slow attitude they used to. I would guess Phuket Town will take twice as long to get to, but a Chinese friend told me the girls there are far prettier than in Patong. No, he couldn't take me. I've been going through most of the posts and still can't find decent hotels with two bedrooms in the same unit.Me and a good mate will be heading to Phuket this month and still haven't booked our accommodation.

Staying anywhere will do, as there are taxis. All we're looking for is a 2 bedroom suite where both of us could have some privacy for some P4P time as well as a living room where we can come out and have a chat and a cigarette.

Well not to forget chasing the girls around the rooms would be fun.


Any help from fellow punters would be appreciated.

Should i look for suites or villas?

And my price range is around 20000-26000k baht per week.

Is that too much to ask for?Not too fancy and not too run-down.

Pattaya I've found for a GOOD LOOKING girl is 1000 short time, but a lot are now trying to get 1500 ST. Girls in nana plaza are trying for 2000 ST(wtf). I think the influx of high spenders is ruining the market. Don't worry, though, there are still many who will go for old rates. Too many fools(nice guys) ruining the market as usual.
