You should post this tip in the Lonely Planet Forum. It's a pretty good recommandation for backpackers who want visiting Silk Roads cities a la fresco, but not for a monger. Fall is not a great season to go to Tashkent. Outdoors swimming pools (incl. Aquapark and Radisson, which was already semi-deserted today), hip cafe terasses as JSmockers, the hip outdoor club KTKomba, ect, all close around 15 September as it's the beginning of cold and rainy season. Since a few days have arrived the first cold winds and the first clouds BTW.

May is not that great also from what I've been told from GFs and dyevs randomly met at the pool, yet your "old friend/agent" in Creston, Iowa, is surely a better adviser.

June, July (even if it's the most scorching hot month of the year) and August are for a monger definitely the best monthes to go to Tashkent. I personnaly prefer scorching heat, outdoor pools packed with tiny bikinis and cafe terraces crawling with ultra short skirts and too tiny dresses than rain and coats.

In Russia, I look for the agency where to buy business visa

And when I say a registered company, I do NOT mean the travel agent.

I mean the business that invites you must be registered with the Ministry of Travel.

And subsequently, the reason WHY they invite YOU should be clear, because you're also required to write as such on your application.

How much the consular office visa reviewer actually cares or pays attention to the details may be a completely different story though. They may scrutinize every word for accuracy, or totally ignore what's on the forms because their interest may solely be the payment you've attached, so that once they recognise that your travel agent who prepared the documents is on their list of "paid up to date" authorized, (that is, their regualr bribe payments are not past due), they just stamp the forms and print your visa.

But I have no access to this knowledge.

1.100 euro to fly till Tashkent VS less than 300 euro to Moscow. Yes, once there, surely cheaper than Russia, however I have no idea how Uzbek girl looks like, if I will like them or not.

Prosal you did not post pictures....please do it ... and the Uzbek girls I saw in random search in mail.ru they are not the kind of looking I like enough to go till there, but I agree, for one month in summer, actually I will travel about end of september, Tashkent can be good and maybe next summer we will meet there.

Sally will surely argue, that we can't simply go by random mail.ru searching, to judge what they look like, because if you just compare the cultures, eastern russian, or even persian ethnic, or some mix of the two, you have mostly fit and healthy young ladies ages 18 to 23, who even in a place like Tehran, once down to their skivvies, are for the most part very hot, and sweet on top of that, so there is very little to complain about.

Compare that to the ever increasing percentage of miserable cows found in the west, or the ethnic indiginous indian culture which is the majority in latin and south american countries, and its just not even close, in the hotness factor. Not saying that there aren't tons of hot latin women, but that's mostly due to their proportion of european ancestry, not the mestizo or afro genetics. And also, not saying that many mongers do prefer those traits, I just don't happen to be of that persuasion, and at the moment, we are here on this thread talking about what makes pussy in Uzbekistan tantalizing enough to justify the long trip.

As far as summer though, my old friend/agent at Uz Air highly recommends springtime, really April, for incomparably comfortable weather, AND a proliferation of blooming flowers across those lands. And by flowers, I do mean the young ladies in heat unfolding their rose petals to waft the sweet aroma of punany into the male population's nostrils to initiate fertilization. There's also a flood of actual blooming plant life, if you're into botany.

I can personally attest however, that last November, when it was 7 degrees in Russia, the indoor waterpark I was hitting twice a week to swim my laps for exercise in the pool, was full every day of hot girls in thongs. They might not have been toasty hot from sunburn, but with their boobs and pubes bursting out of too-tight bikinis, it took all my willpower just to keep my tongue from dragging the floor in that heavenly place.

Anyway re : Uzbek women. I am admittily not as well travelled in EE as most guys here, as I have focused on Brasil and travelled there extensively for almost fifteen years and discovered Moldova and Romania only three years ago, but there is in Tashkent a higher ratio of outrageoulsy hot women than in any other place I can think of or have been to, Chisinau included.

I have a fascination for tatar brunettes yet, which is the largest ethnic group here, before north russian and then asian, so my opinion is maybe not totally objective.

I think the original question was limited to locations WITHIN Russia (or maybe no) but since you brought up Tashkent, I though I would pose the question about Ashgabat. I have floated the notion out there a few times over the past few weeks and have gotten precious little feedback. The tried looking at the T-stan forum and there is precious little info.

Does ANYONE have any recent info about mongering in T-stan (Turkmenistan) and in particular Ashgabat? I am going in a few weeks on business and (true to my boy-scout roots) would like to "be prepared".

Luka, why not Tashkent?

I must admit that the non-pro scene is not as wild and fruitful as in Moldova and surely provincial Russia (yet still great), but apartments rentals are easy to find and dirt cheap ($500/month), running costs are next to nothing, city is clean, green, secure, enjoyable and carries an insane numbers of goorgeous and tall women of all ethnicities (tatars, persians/iranians, north russians, asians, ect and all-in-between) wrapped-up in too short dresses and stilettos, regular nightlife is good even on weekdays and the whole place is literally crawling with pros or occasionals and with places to meet them (there's not less than three huge freelancers discos with everyday 50 to 100 working girls in each).

Tashkent is a good option indeed. I'm there since almost four weeks (two more to go) and don't regret a single second my choice.

I already even think about coming back here next summer.

There is really no difference when you go out of Moscow or some cities are cheaper in accomodation prices, have more students or better sex scene ?

In about one month I will finally go back to Russia for 3rd time, I gave up with Irkutsk, too far, but surely I will not spend much time in the capital looking my money disappear for just a piece of pussy.

Tver is ok, just 160km from Moscow, you can check it in 2 days, but then where ?

Seeing that most Moscow clubs have become sausage fests and decent girls even at the tochki are fetching more than 10K, my friend and I decided we need to relive the "good ole days" with a weekend trip to provincial Russia. We're looking for desperate hotties willing to do just about anything to get out of the shithole sovok city in which they live. Here are the constraints:

* Two decent hotels and another on the way.
* S7 just started service there.
* Two or three excellent clubs there from which to pick up studenki (A-Cafe, Prospect and Jet)
