I’m enjoying a short stay at Livingstone’s Lodge before I “officially” arrive home to Bangkok life. I like this small, friendly hotel because it allows me to re-acclimate to BKK without much effort or stress. It also gives me a chance to “play” for a few days incognito at a quiet and private location.

You dirty little ... Just kidding LOL.
Thats just what I do, but need to keep the Passport well away from prying eyes. My ex-GF always wanted to inspect it and always found any evidence like a regular blood-hound.
But as for incognito, everyone at LL knows about dirty little Mick despite all the Soapy visits and in room spa tubs to get clean.

I like this small, friendly hotel because it allows me to re-acclimate to BKK without much effort or stress. It also gives me a chance to “play” for a few days incognito at a quiet and private location.

Anything a man could ever want is just a phone call away, or within a short walking distance of LL. I’ve been massaged, sucked, screwed (a number of times), wined and dined, and have even seen a very funny movie, all in about 30 hours. LL’s close proximity to dozens of bars, massage shops, and the Emporium Shopping Center makes it an ideal hotel for a buck on the loose.

The deluxe rooms at Livingstone's Lodge are very comfortable. I especially like the high quality beds, fast & free wi-fi, the well-stocked and reasonably priced mini-bar, efficient chilly AC, and most importantly, the extremely friendly staff. Add to that, the all day, cooked to order breakfast. What more could a crusty, lusty, jet-lagged, old guy want?

As the world’s financial underpinnings crumble as we sleep, Livingstone’s Lodge is a rare safe harbor, that is, it's a great place to forget about one's shrinking wallet and imploding investments. While staying here you can live life to it's fullest like there's no tomorrow, and in today's crazy times, it's a true shelter from the storm.

Does anyone have any experience of the in house massage service here? I know that is all around as soon as you leave the hotel but is there any chance of a happy ending from the in house team?

I wouldn't bother, as Annie's is perhaps 20 meters away from the front door, just across the soi.

Thanks all for the input, I noted Akane for its location and reviews, I see its probably my best bet, being that this is a short shopping trip with wife not sure if I can get away without suspicions being raised, which is why was hoping the five-star hotel spa might be an option. Anyway will see how it goes, would truly love to visit Akane if I get the chance.

Well if you normally never leave her side, it will be tough.
But I would just go for an exercise jog but money in pocket. Still need to get a bit sweaty after the massage. LOL
I have heard of places where you can take your wife as well but get separate rooms and she would not know that you might be a bit naughty in another room. Suggest you ask about this on the BKK MPs thread.

Thats O.K. Its hardly suprising we would think of the same thing.

I will be in BKK next month and the choice is between Majestic and Luxury. I've previously stayed at Majestic & Dynasty Inn. Any feedback. I'm assuming Luxury has no problem with bringing back ladies to the room.

Nice relaxed place to stay, staff nice and friendly and the place has a good feel about it. The internet was not very reliable in the room but down stairs was just fine but it was not a big issue for me. It was actually quite nice sitting by the pool checking emails and surfing.

Highly recommended.

Seems to depend on location of the room. Some rooms have very reliable wifi internet. In far end rooms might find using Lan cable is better.

Am traveling to Bangkok with wife on a shopping trip later this month, and we are staying at the very nice, and overpriced Intercontinental near Chitlom station. I've only been once last year to Bangkok, where we stayed at the JW and it was easy to run out to many closeby places without her suspecting.

Now however its different, was wondering if anyone had or heard of people getting extras at the hotel spa at the intercontinental or Hyatt opposite? Not looking for FS necessarily this time, but extras like HJ etc.

Interconti is great as right on the BTS.

2 options:

take BTS direction Thonglor, directly under the station u find Tulips. Rooms are lousy, worn and the place overall sleezy, but girls give top performance. Total time incl travel 2 hours.

or

Take BTS to Siam Square, switch direction Sala Daeng, which is Patpong. Lots of HJ/BJ bars. Example Star of Light. Super Sleezy, but an experience. Or walk through Patpong all the way to the end, and cross over to JC Infinity. Super selection after 15:00.

Plus another 1 million options in BKK to get laid within 15 minutes...

Forget the hotel spa. These kind of places girls are shit scared to do extra. Not even hand jobs.
