Thanks for all the info. I found yoshihara no problem. Went around 1130 on Tuesday afternoon. From okinawa city, I took 330 to 329. I took left on 329 and then the first right on a small street (there is a little sign that actually says Yoshihara in roman-ji letters, so it is not that hard). There were already about 8 places open. A few gave me the "I'm not looking at you so please understand I don't take gaijin look. " But at least 4 gave me the look that let me know I was welcome. I chose a plump one (I like tham that way), probably about 25. She was friendly and faked enthusiasm well. She said her name was yumi or yugi, something like that, and she is a mainlander from Tokyo. I would repeat.

I read in J.U. that a new relaxation place has opened in OKI City. It is called Sweet Healing and it is right beside the Crown Hotel. Sweet Healing is pretty much like the rest. The receptionist’s English is fine, the two girls I saw were young and attractive, but they wore nurse outfits.
What I liked most about the place was that they use actual massage tables not air mattresses. For my .5, I got a light massage on arms, legs and neck, followed by the happy ending and a solo shower. Nothing to rush out and stand in line for, but it was alright. Sometimes I am not in the mood for all the water and goo they soak on me.

I would not rate many of my experiences at Maehara as great but they have never been bad. Let's face it, it is 5K for 15 minutes. It has to be sex that is FAST AND FURIOUS. Though not great, they have certainly not been as horrible as you describe.

I was in Yoshihara today. When the provider realized I was not Nihonjin she tried to tell me she couldn't service a Gaijin. I insisted, politely, that I should be serviced since I already gave her the money and it was too hot to walk back outside. She relented and I had a good time.

Once inside I waited for what seemed like an eternity, she finally come in and after a little rubbing with her hands and boobs she says "all done" in japanese and leaves. So I waited for a while to confirm what I heard. Finally the door opens and two large Japanese guys come in, without a single word I knew what they meant. Be careful out there, don’t get ripped off.

Hard to believe. Can't see this happening in Maehara unless there is some kind of trouble brewing with the client. Service is either given or refused. Even when it is not the best service it is hard to believe a rip off has been perpetrated. Quite a bold statement here.

This is not a common practice for Japanese Service Centers.

I have never heard of this happening to anyone in any of the SHOPPING DISTRICTS of Japan... Kawasaki, Maehara, Yosihara, Koganecho/Hinodecho, Machida, etc...because it is bad for business. If they aren't going to service you then you won't get in the door. I am not saying that this did not happen. What I am saying is that it would be a very unusual circumstance. Which house was it? Maehara is not that big and a little description would help. I'd like to get to the bottom of this quickly.

Yeah.. I experienced some girls in Maehara trying to charge Gaijin double but you just need to move on unless you really have it for her.

If you walk up one of the access alleys from the 75 side of Yoshihara you will see a lot of "JAPANESE PEOPLE ONLY" or "JAPANESE CUSTOMERS ONLY" and even the occasional "JAPNESE (sic) ONLY" signs. However, this is only a suggestion, it seems as a lot of these girls, especially in the afternoon on weekdays, will provide you service.

Any other pieces of advice you can give me?

No way dude! Korea is the same way. Wasn't always like that, say early 90's. Used to be if you were american you could have any korean girl you wanted. Hell, I couldn't walk down the street without old ladies grabbing my arm asking if I like her daughter etc. "you take me to america? " was all the english they knew.

Now, it is the same as Japan. "No foreigner" is all you will hear at glass houses. Also, they keep the good girls for Korean only. can say is thank God for Thailand! Its the only thing that keeps me sane.

Korean chicks are getting pretty hot these days though.

My experience too. Green Street in Pusan is almost all American Unfriendly. Need a cab driver to take you to a fishbowl that services Americans and they usually not top drawer.

Must say Maehara is really getting bad. Been out there twice now in the last month and continue to get "Japanese Only" turned away. Had to settle for same service/servicer last two times, although not a bad experience I like ti sample all the menu items when I shop. If anyone is having better luck at the same local please let me know what I'm doing wrong. Also is Yoshihara a bit more "Gaijin" Friendly? Not really too excited about visiting Yoshi becasuse of proximety to KAB but may have to if the service is better someone please help.
