The Bursa area refers to the diamond district on the outskirts of Tel Aviv in Ramat Gan. Its maybe a 3 square block area. There is a strip club there called the Bursa Club. If you're in the Bursa area after 11pm it won't be difficult to find it (just ask someone male).

I would suggest giving the Pussycat club another try. (See my earlier posts.)
