I was at help, it seems to me a bit worst than january about quality of girls and however many girls are the same, almost no new entry or do they already went back home after carnival ?

On the way back home the taxi told me that a very good boites is Senso on Princess Isabel, I do not remember I read something here about it....so where exactly is and it worth it ?

P.S. I was in Lapa and in january and me and my friend went in front of Scenarium too, many persons on balcony, but I was really no impressed from what I saw imho...may be inside could look much different....but the second day I left for Argentina, so I went to sleep....however Lapa not worth it for me, maybe nice to see once, but I almost not seen nice girls there.

I highly recommend Rio Scenarium in the Lapas district. Its 15 minutes by taxi from Copa, but they have great bands and dancing. Its three stories high, but there is no ceiling in the middle of the first and second floors, and you can hear the music very well throughout the restaurant. The place is very popular, so its best not to arrive too late (I usually arrive around 10:30 pm) or else you may be waiting in line. You can eat dinner there; for the best seats, I recommend making a reservation (3147 9000).

You cannot go wrong here.

I just saw him the other day when he was nice enough to let me use his printer because the internet cafes were all closed for Carnaval. He looked good and seems to be doing a brisk non-monger business. I respect that he is very involved with his young son. His laundry looks nice and seems to be doing well. As for his business practices, I have inquired but never rented an apartment from him so cannot comment.

Interesting read there. Will be making my second trip to Rio in May and I'm very interested in exploring the "street actions" in Rio. During my first trip in Rio last year, I pretty much hung out at Help every other night. While I did enjoy the atmosphere and the talent of GDPs, it definitely grew old on me by my 4th visit. While I am still planning to visit Help again, I was also planning to hook up with some SWs and your post above was right up my alley. Could you offer me more insight?

The street you mentioned in your post, Prado Jr. , is where I will be staying. On my first visit to Help, I did a walk around of Help (that was around 1130pm) and a SW approached my wanting my business. She was in her 30's and had past her prime and you could definitely tell just by looking at her that she had been in the "business" for a long time. She spoke good english so she might of been a Help girl during her prime. She was decent looking but I declined her offer cause I was a newbie at that time and did not want to get into any unwanted trouble.

Is Prado Jr a good street to meet SWs or are there other streets that I should visit? Is av. Atlantica a good street to meet SWs or is it too dangerous of a place for a foreigner to walk around after midnight? Do most SWs speak good enough english or will I need to negotiate with them in portuguese? I love the idea of having a woman staying overnight with me. In general what were your experiences like with SWs in your hotel/apartment? I know heavy screening is a must but with my limited portuguese and lack of enough time. I really don't know how well I will be able to screen them. And also you had mentioned strip/night clubs along prado jr. Are they similar to Help. That you have to pay an entrance fee and then you negotiate with the girl on the price?

Unless you can speak Portuguese well and carry yourself as a Brasileiro, I wouldn´t attemp to do what I did in Prado Jr. As far as Ave Atlantico and picking up SW´s there, I wouldn´t do it myself.

My advise is, learn to speak portuguese fluidly and you´ll be surprised how many doors will open for you here in Brasil. Non-working girls will flock to you as well as working girls. I have my hands full with both...

The service in L'uomo is the best in Rio in my opinion.

About the food. L'uomo is a Termas not a restaurant.

One day or another the food can not be the ideal but in a general way, the food in luomo is excellent.

If some guys doesn't like. Just don't go there!

The service and the employees in L'uomo are, by far, the best in Rio.

I recomend everyone to go there.

Calm down dude, LOL! Luomos is okay hardly the best in Rio IMHO. As far as Im concerned the best thing its got going is the proximity. It's getting to be overpriced ( drinks, massage, etc). The talent as of this week is so so IMHO. I took someone there this week for the first time and he was very disappointed and refuses to return. Like they say to each his own. I would recommend guys check out all termas at least once, then you cam decide which one you like the best.

As far as staff and service they are to me just as cool as any of the other termas I have been to. Never had any problems. I will continue to go because at times it's more convenient. Btw I like the cute blonde who calls the rooms when your time is up. She is usually in the back where the girls locker is located. Met her when she substituted in the mens locker room one day. Very nice girl.

Yes, I agree. Basically on all points. Peter is the best barkeep I have ever met in Rio. Even the ladies in the locker room are really nice. And of course the girls ... I love L'uomo.
