There are any number of traveler reports about this hotel on regular traveler sites and they are almost uniformly negative. Even hysterical.
Insect infestation. Microscopic rooms. Two snail like elevators. Bad service.

For some reason, they even complain about the location in a red light district, this hotels main redeeming feature.

Girls do monthly check ups at the clinic which is inside EDSA and also pass a check up and clean up after each client they see. So with EDSA over La Café at the cost of extra $30 you get a way better girl of proven age and health. Consider it to be your insurance policy.

Just checking what's the standard is in EDSA. In angeles I found that most girls consider BB an the norm and condom as an exception.

In LA Café most girls seems to insist on condom. (even though I imagine if you offer 1K pesos extra you can obtain BB but I didn't try it), so what's the standard at EDSA, always covered, covered but can uncover with a tip, or up to client (angeles way).

If the girls are check after each client, I guess management is suspicious about the girls following security protocols.

I just returned from my recent trip to the Philippines. Please see the first part in Angeles City section. I stayed at Executive Plaza Hotel in Ermita. The location is very good. It’s near Robinson Mall and La Café. 7-11 and BDO ATM is nearby. Taxi to EDSA is around 60-120 peso. No questions asked, no joiner fees, nada. At the same time accommodations are pretty basic. The hotel is good value but I suggest finding more spacious and modern one.

La Café is nearby with nightly live band. Staff is friendly and fun, food is fine and music is great on occasion but other than that the place is going downhill. There is a scarce choice of weird girls, aging beauties, unemployed and pissed fuckups. Eventually I picked up one girl just for the sport and she proved to be nothing special. There is also a ridiculous as if difference between the ground and the first floor girls. The ground ones ask 1,500 and the first ones ask 4,000. What a joke. There is a 100 entry fee to the first floor. I have not paid it. My advice is not plan to find your gem there, if you see no one just take a cab to EDSA.

EDSA is open 6-7 pm to 3-4 am. No cameras are allowed. Cotton Club is in poor shape. Firehouse is your best bet. Unfortunately the management does not allow girls to take black boots with them. In Firehouse I have found at least 20 percent of girls to be bar finable which is a lot in my view. Met two lovely girls there with 2,500 tips to each of them and was very pleased. It charges them daily around 150 pesos for shoes, lingerie and cosmetics. Each girl gets a release voucher when she leaves.

Same as Bangkok over Pattaya and Manila over Angeles city the fun costs simply double and the double up is not worth it. One of the girls has told me that class “A” hookers can be seen at the disco Embassy club at the Fort (Bonifacio High Street) where the charge goes up to 10K. I wonder what I can get in Philippines for that price.

I stayed at the Baywatch Tower for about eight days. I thought it was pretty good for the price. The security guys never gave me a hard time and always helped me flagged down a taxi for the girl. Last time I researched, there is a ferry from Manila across the bay to the Bataan peninsula. Then you still have to bus a way to Subic. You avoid the temptations of AC altogether.

Name of a popular tagalog song the lyrics have to do with a girl who goes to Boracay,parties, goes wild and has sex, then heads home to be a 'good girl' again.

What limits your mongering in Boracay is the availability of the women and since there are accessibility problems, not much in the way of variety. Remember, it is not easy for the average girl to get there one usually has to take a plane, it is relatively prohibitively expensive (in Filipino terms) to travel there and to stay there very few "cheap" rooms available to average folks. Most of the Filipinia's you see either work there(Locals) or are well to do from a good family and not interested in a foreigner unless he is a movie star or some girl who is already with a foreigner.

It is a real status symbol to have gone to Boracay, it means you are wealthy and part of the Filipino "in' crowd. Girls will usually brag about the experience.

Now most of the "pros' I mentioned to have seen in my trips to BC were likely local girls. I have heard that a few of the neighboring islands organize a banca run and bring some of the locals girls ashore to make money during the busiest part of the tourist season and Cocomangas is one of the places they go, there are a few other adjacent bars (can't remember the name) where one can hang on the beach close enough to hear the music blaring from the band and dance without entering you can see a few people dancing on the beach.

But simply put, there is not much local talent that means not much choice.
As I said, the "pros" I saw were nothing special, a few had that beat out look that shabu heads get.

But I reiterate, this is the Phils and you never know when or where poon is going to drop into your lap. Yes, I have heard of guys bagging the waitresses or hotel clerks and who knows, one of those Manila "Mayaman" might get drunk enough and bold enough to try a foreigner. Of course one could also try for the flocks of Japanese or Korean cuties or even western back packer types that show up.

Skip gave some excellent advice about "test driving" a sleeping tour guide or companion that you want to take ANYWHERE not just Boracay.

When it comes down to it, Boracay is hit or miss, not like other areas where you would have to be a leper not to score due to the plethora of available women.

Spam Hog and Sunchaser have given you good information on the Boracay scene. If you follow SC‘s link to Cocomangas, check out the “shooters” scores by country. It ought to tell you something when the Koreans’ score is more than three times as much as any other visiting country. In other words, lots of heavy drinking Koreans there. Korean men are heavy drinkers everywhere they go; it allows them to say things to each other that they’d never say when sober because they’d be rude by their cultural standards. Or in this case, maybe they’ve heard about their sexual prowess reputation in the Phils and figure that getting drunk first will help them last more than three minutes.

If you want to weigh other experiences, both those who bring their own and others who sample the pros, use the search tool on the blue toolbar. Set the key word search to “Boracay,” but do not search for a specific username. Set it to show reports rather than threads, set the time parameters from “a year ago” to “newer,” from most recent post in descending order, and, in the big box on the right side, make sure you search only in the Philippines thread, but allow subthreads. I did this and got 83 hits. Ignore the ones that offer only passing mention of Boracay; there are plenty of others that contain informative reports.

I have not been to Boracay, but here’s how I’d summarize what I’ve seen in posts on this forum and others. Numerous posts say it’s necessary to BYOG. Others say they have picked up very willing p4ps in one or another night club on Boracay. I’m inclined to believe the latter group, but I also assume they have a little more game than the pessimists – or maybe the pessimists are like Spam Hog and find the pros unattractive.

The pros here will generally be from Cebu, Manila, Angeles, or some other major mongering city, and since they’re in it as a business, and their travel overhead to Boracay is not cheap, you should expect to pay more than in other Phils destinations. Except maybe for the occasional late night pickup who’s been passed over by others and really needs a place to sleep.

I also recall reading that there are massage services there that offer extras, although your mileage may vary as to what services are available.

As to the BYOG strategy, make sure you have a truly willing and pleasant partner. I picked up a 20 year old at LA Café last August who told me she’d just gotten back from Boracay. She said she’d gone there with a Brit who promised to pay her something like 2000 PhP per day. But he wanted to go swimming, or snorkeling, or sailing during the day, and she didn’t, so stayed behind bored in the cabin or hotel room. It occurs to me she didn’t want to be seen in a bathing suit. She was petite, only about 4’10”, and when I met her she was wearing jeans and a smock. When I joined her in the shower, I was really surprised to find that her clothes had been concealing an oddly protruding little belly. She told me she’d gotten pregnant the prior Fall, miscarried, but never lost the bulge. Maybe. But I can’t rule out the possibility she was about four months preggers when I did her and when the Brit took her to Boracay. When I was in delicto with her, both mish and doggy, she kept trying to straighten out her legs and get my thighs outside hers. She faked noises as though this was supposedly especially pleasurable (definitely not for me), but I really think it was a ruse to make my penetration shallower. Obviously this doesn’t prove anything – I’ve been with other petite Pinays who were more straight-forward about wanting to limit the depth of penetration. Anyway, I didn’t want to dent the head of the fetus, so I obliged her about the penetration.

The moral of the story: make sure you have an honest meeting of the minds with any woman you decide to take to Boracay or any other Philippine resort. I only hope the Brit found the nightclubs that other guys talk about and thoroughly exploited the opportunities there.

That is because there is very little going on there in the way of mongering. Most guys BYOB. Yeah this being the phils you can hook up anywhere, but Boracay is usually where you find more western, Korean and Japanese toutrists, along with a few well to do Phils.

If you want to get off with a few pros check into cocomangas shooters bar.
Loud, lots of noise, lots of insanity and a few freelancers working the crowd.
I was dancing with my wife, when she went to the ladies room the "pros" came by with "the look" or a few inviting words. Nothing I would pay for unless desparate.

Lots of resturaunts and hotels catering to foreigners, check the internet for bargains, but stay in Manila, Angles or come to Cebu for more variety.
