I had exactly the same experience yesterday with 18 chicas. I located the house but had no idea of which bell to ring.

I called the number and they sent a SMS with the address:

Calle De Ruiz, 13 Bajo E, doorbell on the right side of the door.

I did not get a chance to try them yet though!
