what happens when a business is due to lose its location and shut down in 10 days? answer: it starts to disintigrate!

today at seamans club the Island Receivers descended in three official cars to do an inventory. apparently the business has not been paying its taxes. so the civil servants (they look like accountants in identical outfits) made a note of all the assets in the bar, and sources of income for the busines.

then they put a government lien on the rent that each girl is due to pay to the club. one lien that I saw was for a poor girl that only arrived a couple of weeks ago and could not understand the English at all (at least it wasn't in dutch). She was supposed to pay the government $350 US by June 29. I presume this is instead of paying her room rent of $60 per night to the owners of Seamans Club.

To each his own, I agree. Me? I like variety in the attidudes of the women AND the fact that Casa Blanca did not fare well with the Hawaiian shirt crowd who avoided it like the plague. It was very different than Car, Sea, Def etc... I felt hidden in Casa Blanca, just like it was years ago. I used to go to casablanca day and night. By the way the food is very good in the resturant they make a mean fish dish, also there is nothing like having lunch with a chick on each knee. I am very happy to report that the general attitude of the girls at Casablanca, seems to have changed. The last time I was there, about three weeks ago, I did not encounter the usual pushy, agressvie type, that had kept me away peviously.
