i wondered along saint denis for a short while. i scouted out the area. i decided to have dinner and a drink.

this my first time to paris. i heeded many of the advice posted in this forum. i avoided the peep shows and the strip clubs. i avoided the tall good looking "ladies". thank you for the advice. i avoided a lot of problems.

i walked back down the street and met a good looking girl from ganna close to the subway. i will write more as soon as i take her out of the hotel.

Try one of the adresses you find on the rainpipes outside yr hotel. In the street you will find these for sure.

There are some massage salons close by but not all of them give a happy end. The private adresses for sure

I've also looked for numbers, it seems the area was cleaned out. I've only found 1 message in Chinese which had phone numbers. Sadly I did not have the time to give it a try though. The message had multiple phone numbers which one could rear off. I belief I found it on Avenue de Choisy on the side of Rue de Tolbiac.

Later I visited the area again with a French speaking friend, it turns out the messages in French are about people seeking jobs!

Just a small update on the Chinese SW in Paris

Second area is Belleville

Many cheaper mature Chinese ladies can be found at the metro Belleville in front of the metro and in front of Paris Store shop. normally there is a lot of people always in this busy area but they are easy to spot as they are waiting and look at you if you look at them. prices are in the 30 euros range. they are using their own room so you can save the hotel bill or they are using cheap hotel near by but do not expect a five star service!

Many, many years ago, I was walking through the Montmartre area, almost within sight of the Moulin Rouge, and two women approached me outside a club and told me that they wanted to go inside but the club did not allow unaccompanied women to enter. They asked, would I escort them just so they can get inside ? To me, it seemed harmless enough and I grew up in a "big city", and seen and heard about scams. Today, I'd recognize what was going on and keep walking but back then, I said, OK, and walked through the front door with them. We were led to a booth by a host and we sat down. Immediately a waiter showed up asking if I would like to order drinks for the ladies. I can't remember now if I asked for a drink menu or found one on the table but a quick glance at the menu showed drinks costing hundreds of Francs (yes, it was a long time ago) and that wasn't even the champagne. Without pausing, I immediately stood up, saying goodbye as I moved to and out the front door. I didn't look back.

Never order something in such a place without knowing what it will cost. If you don't know what it will cost, don't order it and don't agree to a dance.

With the drink, the girl said OK since you bought me a drink, I will dance for you, before I could react, she started dancing and immediately stripped and grabbed my hand to touch her. At that point, I felt something wasn't right and insisted on the price. To my horror and shock, they brought me a bill for Euro400 being the table dance and Euro200 for touching the girl. At that point I knew I was conned. Arguments with the establishment as you are all by now would have said, how stupid can you be, obviously didn't work and I ended up with a total bill of Euro780.

Bad experience and stupid of me but I thought maybe a warning to all out there is the least I could do. Please pass on my experience to whomever you could think of to avoid this club called La Diva (across from Moulin Rouge) at Montmartre, Paris.

It is written in every mogering forum about Pigale. So don't waste your money and don't encourage the crooks in these pubs.

There are plenty of places where you can choose nice girls in the streets of Paris:

- Métro Strasbourg Saint Denis (Chineese and Eastern girls)
- Belleville (chineese prostitution).

Why spend money and get nothing in Pigale? Pigale is just a place for gullible tourists.
