I know this isn't an escort related question, but does anyone know of any bars or pubs in sao paulo where I can find local brazilians who speak english? I found one post online for a pub named Finnegans. Has anyone here been there?

I don't know if we're talking about the same Fernanda (in fact I' m unaware if she speaks English).Last edited by Admin; 12-01-09 at 06:31.

Fernanda. On GP Guia, she used name Marcia Fernanda as her email address. She speaks good English and I believed she is an Italian descendant. We met a few times when I was there in 2007 inclduing one overnight. The night she stayed over, she was a bit sad beacused of certain things happened to her in her life. It ended up we talked a lot in my hotel room while drinking wine. It was a pleasure meeting her. If she had married since then, I wish her the best in her moving on.
Sui, I would like to also take this opportunity to thank you for all the great reports you have shared with us in this Forum. Without those information, my experience in Sao Paulo would have been much harder. Thanks again.
BTW, are you still monegrig in Montreal or Toronto? The French Canadian is my favorite. I mostly do it in TO.

From my experience , swing (suruba in portuguese) is one erotic activity that the open minded Brazilians have not yet mastered.
I visited the first two clubs that you have mentioned. I also visited Marrakesh (sp?).Problem is that the management allow single guys to get in (for a higher fee). That leads to having the single guys wanting to hit on your date. Swing becomes a threesome, 2 guys and a gal. Which isn't my cup of tea.
I also realized that most of the couples are shy in general. After they hook up, they typically adjourn to the private boxes rather then staying in the open area. Probably because they don't want to be hassled by the freeloader singles.
A club that I like to visit is casal e campaniah (sp?)

The club is located in the posh area of Ibirapuera. Only couples are allowed in - hence the name. It is a small place which cater to about 10-12 couples on a good Saturday night. All the action happens on the second floor in the open. I do enjoy the red giant bed that fit everybody.
All of these places are located close to each other. I suggest that you and your date visit them all, then pick the one that you like the best.

Fernanda. Hum... Was it Fernanda Morena living on rua Pintasilgo in Moema? If it's her, I'm sorry to tell you that now she's married.
You went probably to Mercado Municipal... a must see thing in São Paulo. Did you try their mortadella sandwiches?

As I'm not myself attracted to this kind of venues (High End clubs), I'm not in a good position to tell you the difference between Bomboa and Café Millenium. In fact, I've never been there. As I've repeated it several time on this board, my limit is R$200 for a garota.
The only things I know is that most of the garotas that were working there are back (and some from the former Bahamas too). The good point for a gringo is that you'll be able to spot a garota which is fluent in Englsih and I guess that for some of our fellow hobbyists this is what they look for.
Sorry, I cannot say more about Café Millenium.

Posts: 13Day Seven - goodbye Sao Paulo – the city never sleeps
on day seven, she wanted to go out with me again. but i declined by excusing myself being busy in packing for my return to us. she later called my friend’s cell phone at about 5:30pm and saying she would like to just stop by and to say goodbye to me on her way to her sister’s house. members, this is hard because i do not know what to say to her as farewell speech. she really surprised me at this point. we met again and talked with the help from my friend for a few minutes. then, she asked me to accompany her to metro station of anna rosa since she would take the metro to her sister’s house. it was raining in the afternoon and i held a big umbrella for her while we were walking. we held hands and walked to the station. i was quiet along the way and only looked at her by turning my head from time and time. she looks beautiful as usual with the same charming smile on her face. her blue and white summer dress completely reflects her perfect body.
i know it is hard but it is time to say goodbye. we gave each other a big hug and hug together for a few minutes inside the station like two newly-wed couples. we finally kissed each other for goodbye.
my eye followed her into the gate before i turned my back. she first waved to me and then disappeared into the crowd. the rain was still dropping and i felt a bit lost for the first time since i first came to sao paulo in 2005. i guess this is sao paulo, a city which always fills with romantic stories, always dynamic, always fills with people with passion in love and soccer, and at last a city never sleeps.
i said to myself from my heart ------ i will be back!!

Posts: 13Trip report - Day three, four, five and six
First, I would like to rationalize on my action of tipping Angela on Monday. I feel obliged to explain that since many members on this Forum do not like the idea of inflating the prices when mongering. However, I look at that from a different perspective. First, I re-position my focus on outcall and prive this time in order to contain costs. I used to do only outcalls on my previous trips. I have a good starting point at R$80 per hour this time. Then, I found Angela and I have built good chemistry at our first meeting. My decision is to stick with her as my preferred choice during my stay instead of reaching out to find new talents. Be honest, there is limited options for me as a monger who does not speak Portuguese. In other words, I face a higher risk of meeting an under-par provider than sticking with someone I have known and felt satisfied with. Therefore, I will pay a higher price to hedge any downsize risk for me. In my personal view, everyone should pursue his most comfortable way to monger and this is just my own strategy. I used the same strategy in 2007 when I met a girl named Fernanda on the website of Club Model. She spoke good English and was well reviewed on GP Guia. She since retired from the business. My strategy worked at that time.
On day three, I stayed in Guarulhos with another friend. He and his wife showed me the traditional way in Brazil how to welcome a friend. I was treated like a King with everything well planned and taken care of. They brought me to the biggest indoor market in Sao Paulo, where you can see many fruit stands and meat stands. I tried different type of fruits there and some of them are exotic. Then, we went to visit their coffee shop in a mall, which is close to a Metro station. My observation of things along the way rectified my impression that the regular life of a middle-class Brazilian has changed a lot during the past few years and their personal spending has grown steadily as well.
On day four, I went back to the city to take a conference call from my US office. As I was able to quickly complete the call, I figured I still have a few hours before I get back to Guarulhos, from where my friend and his wife are going to bring me to the beach at Bertioga – 50 (? I don't remember) KMs going east from the city of Sao Paulo. I called Angela and told her I would like to meet her at 1:00pm. She was not at work that day and was shopping with her close friend when I called. She finally agreed to see me at 1:00pm. At 1:00pm, I looked out the window from the apartment and saw her just passed my friend's apartment building and I called her name and went downstairs to let her in. We had a great Fight again. After the Fight, I suggested to having a lunch at a Japanese restaurant nearby. By this time, we have become close friends. Members, it is not so easy to do that since I don't speak Portuguese. But we managed to communicate with hand gestures and sometimes drawings on a piece of paper. It's fun! I pay her for two hours.
Since we have become close friends and she even showed me where she lives, I feel it is no longer fair for me to make any further comments in this Forum about her. Things happened after Day four became totally private between me and her, which includes a meeting on day six for three hours at a motel nearby. This is the first time in my life to try a motel and everything happened there was all good. She never asked for money while we were together but I left her some anyway by saying I do not have time to buy a gift for her.
Day five – walk on the beach at 10:00am since my friend's beach house is very close to it. It is quiet and you can only hear the sound from the waves/tides; Water is not cold at all; I jumped in with my friend and play diving (pretending only) for a while; Went back to his house and swam in the pool for while until I smelled the BBQ was ready; Return to Sao Paulo for a party at a disco club Vegas on Ave. Of Augusta at 11:00pm Got in the club around 2:00am and drank beer and danced till 3:30am Disco club and stay overnight is not my cup of the tea but I like to try once in my life time – not harm and I feel I really tasted the night life in Sao Paulo;

Hi Hughdad!
All the infos about adresses and prices are on the sites: www.4vip.com.br, www.clinicaantares.com.br and www.onna.com.br.
Unfortunately 4 estaçoes for the moment doesn't have any photo of the ladies. Normally I go there and simply choose. The last two ladies I was with were Paty at clinica onna and Nicoly at 4 estaçoes. But it sims they aren't there any more.

Sui Generis:
I would be happy to meet you the next time I travel to SP, if you are there. You gave me good advice, and you seem to have to same attitude as me towards girls (plus: we seem to have the same age). But you seem to be luckier than me: I travel to SP only once a year; apparently, you are able to be there much more often.
Enjoy SP! (Joyeux à SP!.Google's translation)
