I went to Casa Blanca last weekend. I saw the same thing from their website, and also got the same response.

I can relate my recent experience to you from a week ago. It's still $50 a pop. I went Saturday and Sunday and there were about 15 or so girls for a regular session. The only thing that really pissed me off about them was a sign out front advertising 2 girls for the price of 1 on Sundays from 7-8pm. I went to do this, and at the cage downstairs, was told by the gatekeeper, it would be $100. I pointed to a similar poster on the cage for the 2/1 special, and the reply was. "We don't do that anymore. That's old. " Even though it was right there! So, I told the second girl to leave, and continued a $50 session with the first.

Because of my positive experiences at Casablanca a few years ago, I had planned to travel to St. Maarten again later this year.

Then for 2 years ago, the price was $ 50 for 30 minutes.

Has someone visit CB recently and can confirm their new prices?

"Yes we are still available for walk-in customers and our hours are 24/7.
Our room rates are as follow:

Batchelor pad per night $ 350.00
Master Suite 450.00
Hourly rate per girl 200.00
Taking the girl outside the business 350.00
Overnight (8 hours ) rate 550.00
24 hour rate 1200.00"

If they really expect those rates, they may have trouble competing.

El Capitan is now supposed to open some time next week. I was in the building and everythig is in place including the mattresses. However, the owner is still waiting to receive his operating License. I know many chicas are coming this week so it should be fun regardless of where they wind up. I will keep you all posted . I have names and room numbers however I forgot them on the boat.
I do remember this afternoons chicas. Rebecca room 208 Defiance a cute dark morena spinner from Cali . Very thin very sweet 18 years old great bbbj.

My first trip to SXM I used a taxi and the driver's driving around the island got me enough info about the island so I could comfortably rent one my next trip. You might go to google maps and look at the island and print off streets if you plan to drive yourself. I can assure you.. you probably won't get lost if you only drive to Phillipsburg, airport and near by brothels.

I do not suggest staying downtown, but that is only my 2 cents.

Planning my first trip to SXM, and wondering about taxis vs. Rental. There seem to be advocates of both, for various reasons.

I'll be staying in downtown Philipsburg, and the action seems to be (almost) walking distance.

I'm tempted to go with taxis. To avoid worrying what might happen to the car, parking issues, etc.

My biggest concern would be getting stranded at a club late at night. Are there taxis that reliably hang around the clubs for customers? (Seaman's, Carolina's, el Capitan).

I'd prefer to avoid having to shedule a pre-arranged pickup, have one wait for me, etc.

If not, would the clubs call a taxi. Or would asking get me a dirty look?

For rental. My hotel recommends taking a cab from the airport and rent a car through them. Maybe it will cost more (maybe less), but it should avoid parking hassles at the hotel.

My tentative plan is to take a taxi from the airport and play it by ear the first night. Then rent a car through the hotel if it seems advisable.

I'll be there 2/17. 2/22 if anyone is looking for a wingman, share the expense of a rental, etc.

I clean up pretty good and behave myself.

I stayed at the joshua rose guest house for a couple of nights and had no problem parking on the public street, a block from the Casinos at the end of Back Street. There was some sort of municipal building with space in front, only a couple of spots labeled "reserved." I left each morning so I never had a ticket or a problem. It seems pretty open and random. My .02 cents.

Of the three hotels downtown that are close to Bobby's Marina, two of them have parking, one does not. Passagran has a very tiny lot for it's guests. Horizon View owns the alley next to it and has a deal with the church for additional parking behind the rectory. Holland House has 3 spaces right in front but they are rarely available and only for loading/unloading.

If you are at Holland House you can usually have the bellman or security guy park you car for you. Just pull up, toss him the keys and he'll do the rest.

Personally, I have no problem walking around downtown late at night. I have parked in the public lot, back street, connigieter and many other places late at night and walked to my hotel. 8 years back, this would have been suicide but now it is a lot better....especially on the boardwalk.

To me, it is worth the hassle to have a car.

The hotel that you are staying at is nice. However there is no parking. When I have stayed there I parked at bobbys marina parking lot. Late at night I paid the guard $5- at bobbys marina to walk along the boardwalk with me back to the hotel.
The other place to park is the public lot and it is 3 blocks from the hotel in a deserted town late at night.

I forgot to mention that I would not walk between Carolinas and seamans/el Capitan at night.
Getting to defiance or Petite Chateau, a car is a must.
Or your mongering will be extremely poor.
