The "Country Road" beer bar on left hand side of Thappraya Road, just before the arch (when you are coming from the beach) provided me with some nice bargirls.

Not the absolute youngest bargirls, but also not pushy and a relaxed atmosphere. I'm sure to go back there and do some more research next month when I'm back in LOS.

On the other side of the road there are some "a gogo style" clubs it seems, but I did not investigate those. They did not seem very inviting.

Watch out, just behind the arch, also on the left hand side is a small sidestreet that leads to more bars, but those cater to gays.

Thank you so much! Would not even have thought of looking for go kart tracks, and Easy Kart is so close to WS.

I have a Thai driving license for motorike but as other member said Get a international drivers license in your country before coming in Thailand. Wear helmet, drive slow, becareful everytimes and check where you parking motorbike. Never ever leave your original passport to the rental shop, only copy.

    Civilized Sao Paolo?

Good short time Brazilian pussy is $35-55 US depending on the house, or the special.
Sao Paolo no doubt has gorgeous women but isn't it extremely dangerous to visit? I spent three nights in Rio and personally saw two purse snatchings. In one case I grabbed the little shit, got the purse from him, and returned the purse to its owner. Mongering in other countries usually takes you to dodgy areas. I found Brazil to be unsafe and I won't go back until things change.

Banana Boi's Journey through the streets of Pattaya

Leads me to another question. How much would it cost me to hire a taxi for say 3-4 hours slowly driving me all around Pattaya, hitting every street a car can drive through? Area to be covered would be North Pattaya Road to South Pattaya Road, between Beach Road and Chaloem Phra kiat Road.

Plan is to do this on a Sunday or Monday so I get my bearings for the next 3+ weeks. Some may think it's a waste of money but I consider it more of an investment not to miss anything on my trip. If there are other main hobby areas (not including Jomtien) outside of the aforementioned area or something cool around Pattaya I need to see or do, please let me know.
I have done what you want to do. I rented a motorbike and rode up and down every Soi between Beach Rd and 2nd Rd from Soi 2 to Walking Street. You can rent a motorbike on Beach Road. Most ask for my original passport but only give them a copy. If they insist on the original passport go to the next vendor. And you do need an international license for the motorbike. The most interesting sights of Pattaya are in South Pattaya past the end of walking street and around the big hill with the Pattaya sign. There is Queen Sirikit Park, some luxury hotels and condos,a Buddha where you can buy and release some birds, go cart track, Pattaya sign, a Navy station with a memorial monument (nice views), a boat pier to go to outer island. Going to the top of the hill above Pattaya is nice and Jomtien beach is worth a stroll. They may have beer bars but I'm not sure. I have discovered all of these items by accident while riding around on a motorbike. These sights are rarely, if ever, mentioned here.

I like your idea of a Pattaya tour but I would use a motorbike not a taxi. Taxi drivers in Pattaya are lazy ripoffs.

And besides that, they are not going to understand what you want to do. And if they do understand then they will think you are crazy. Why does this guy just want me to drive him around in every soi in Pattaya? He does not know where he wants to go. Stupid farang! And the traffic in high season. Shhhh. That is why I drive a bike so I can go around it most of the time.

Like everyone says, either walk, get a motorbike, or hop on and off the baht buses. As Christian was telling you there is nothing special to see down those other sois. Just hotels and maybe massage shops that cater to those hotels. Oh, and pharmacies too. Remember businesses should stay on a main road or a road that has a lot of traffic. Otherwise nobody will know it is there and they will not have many customers. So what you are talking about doing will really just be wasting your time. You won't make any ground breaking discoveries.

Motorbike rentals all over town. Get a international drivers license before you come in case you are stopped by police.

I realize there isn't much between Soi Buakhou and 3rd Road but I extended my area to 3rd Road to include Soi Lengkee. I've Google map'd the entire area I want to cover but nothing like seeing something in person. My taxi plan will not be my first days in Pattaya. I will likely have covered Soi 6, 7, 8, Beach Road, WS, and possibly the Sabai and LK Metro areas by then.

    600 baht (15 euro) per 1 - 1. 5 hours seems like a reasonable rate.

    Jomtien?

Anything to see or do in Jomtien? Nice beach to take a stroll maybe? Are there beer bars in Jomtien?

Personally I see no need to do this. Chaloem Phra kiat Road (3rd road) not have nothing interest to see if you don't know the address of the club. Also I think driver will charge you too much, is not a common thing rent a taxi for some hours in Pattaya. So why not rent your on motorbike? Is a best solution for me, check the map, take note of interesting address and go around by yourself. Remember that many mototaxi-taxidriver don't know the exact location of the clubs around, so could be easy that they make you lose time driving around, call friends for ask where the club is, ecc. And don't forget the traffic, I never want to stay on taxi or bahtbus in Pattaya.

From North to South. Beach road and second road, you can just walk all around and check the alleys which connect the two streets.

From soi 6 to soi 1 not many interesting things apart a Body Massage near soi 2 on Second Road and some bar complex.

From Second Road you can go check Soi Buakhao from soi Honey, Soi Diana, Soi LK Metro.

From Soi Buakhao you can go check 3rd road from Soi Lengkee, Soi Chayapoon, Soi Xzyte.

I'm not the one to answer the question about the club calling a taxi for you but I did take a taxi to Jomtien and back and had the guy wait an hour, cost me 600 baht. Might cost you the same to have him ride you around town for 2 hours. Just not sure how much you'll actually see in the back of a cab. I did the same thing but with the baht bus, get a handful of 10 baht coins and hop off and explore, jump back on when you've seen enough.
