The decrees which set those fines are opposable in many ways. With a good lawyer and plenty ot time and money you can try to appeal. Most victims just pay and avoid to attract publicity. The Femina bar is at via Garibaldi 11/bis, Turin (011 5612239 http://www.feminabar.com/). The entrance is in a courtyard just off one of the main shopping streets in the centre of Turin. It is open from Tuesday to Saturday for two sessions: 17:45 – 19:30 and 23:00 - 04:30. I have only ever been for the early evening session, so I don't know if things work any differently for the later session. It costs €30 to enter (€35 for the later session) including your first drink. You are given a card on entry and settle your bill for entrance and any subsequent drinks (or lap dances) as you leave.

The Femina is a strip club and most of clientele go there just to watch (and touch – there is quite a lot of interaction between the dancers and audience). When I went recently there were five dancers performing; one was a porn film actress (though I hadn't heard of her). Dancers work there for a week before moving on to other clubs and being replaced by a new line-up.
