You can buy in the store "Tijuana Duty Free". The store is right at the pedestrian entrance to the US on the right side of the walkway. Entrance: "Ped east" across the trolley station in San Ysidro. Before Covid, the store was open until 9 PM or 10 PM? As I remember. After the store closes, the window is open all night, but they don't have all kinds of alcohol. The store has a large selection of tequila, brandy, vodka etc. At lower prices than in the US and you can ask for advice. The regulations allow you to bring only 1 liter of alcohol to the USA.
