I've noticed most of you (and most providers) have migrated over to Telegram. I have some old providers that I still communicate with via WeChat. We discuss many of the transactional details on there. Is this safe, or have you ever heard of anyone getting in trouble from govt surveillance of WeChat?

I do nearly all my communication with MPs and WGs on Telegram these days. If I do use WeChat, I never discuss transactional details just to be on the safe side. I'll only use WeChat to check how busy an MP is or to see if a regular gal I like is working that day. You can only access Telegram in China via a vpn, plus the messages are end-to-end encrypted, so should be safe from any govt surveillance. I am also in a couple of Telegram chat groups where Chinese mongers have intel on how safe / unsafe it is to play during certain periods, info on raids, etc. So that's also useful.

In general I'm more of a MP man than P4 P. These days I also only visit naughty MPs that I have found on Telegram, as you will be guaranteed at least a topless HJ (and often more), from a decent looking provider (well at least a 6 anyway) without adding a tip or signing up for a vip card, etc. There are a couple of reports on here of mongers visiting an MP and getting trapped into paying a fortune, and leaving without getting the service they went in for. With Telegram, you avoid such experiences. It's not perfect and can be a bit of a minefield, but for mongers who live in SH, it's a must these days IMO. For visitors only here for a few days, it might be too much of a hassle to navigate. Plus all the groups and channels are all in Chinese, so be prepared to be very busy with your translation app.

For P4 P found via Telegram, I've still done very little (see my reports on here). Would be interesting to hear the experiences of other mongers that have been using Telegram for P4 P.

The third one is genuine, they have been around for many years and you get what you choose but imo they are pricey so I've never tried them.

I'm not sure about the first and second, but I've analyzed some profiles on MR before and most of those with really pretty pictures and cost 1200 rmb are 99% SPs so it's a gamble on who your getting but for sure is not the lady on the profile picture.

Hi all, do hotels in Shanghai check IDs when guests come to visit? I'm staying at a nice 4/5 star hotel. Wondering if they will ask my female guests to provide ID. And if so, is that a problem?

I've never had that happen in Shanghai. In fact one time my buddy and I came back with two hotties at midnight and the elevators were not working. We hung out with our clearly paid for girls along with 5-6 hotel staff for about twenty minutes while they fixed it. No questions. No weird looks. Perfectly comfortable.

Manhattan very much alive but basically 100% Viets. There was 1 older Mongol working there 2nd 1/2 last year but since moved on. Also occasionally older ugly Chinese but nothing worth a punt.

Same same Judys also basically 100% Viets. Some older Chinese there but not worth a punt. There was 1 Mongol working there regularly but covered in tatts if that's your thing. There is a sprinkling of African girls sometimes. There was 1 stunner who used to arrive very late but I could never catch her. Neither are a patch on what they were pre Covid.

That is great news! Absolutely love Manhattan. And for my taste Viets are the prettiest girls in the world. Such a beautiful in between. Can't wait to see Manhattan again!

It's freelance so in theory you could get anything. But in practice it's Viets. Haven't been since the pandemic and apparently not as much selection but there are some posts on it below. I understand it's the only club game in town. I think Manhattan is closed but that would have to be verified by boots on the ground.
