I can agree totally! When travelling in former Yugoslavia I was most going to Serbia, still Yugoslavia at that time, where for 50 DM (1999-2000-2001) you could have a nice teen in your bed for the night. Now I think it will be in the area of 200-300 € (not in Belgrade).

I have been visiting clubs on and off for a few years in this area and can offer the following experiences.

Nearly all things in matter of sex or gambling within a two hours driving from Italian border are ripp-offs... It's quite simple. May be apart Swiss brothels, just 50/100 meters from the Italian border!

It's just my opinion as an Italian. I never found anything comparable to other EE counries in Slovenia and now in Croatia and Hungary too.

For 400 €, I know it's far, but usually you can buy a girls work for 12/24 hours, all included, as much as you can in all EE, even in Prague, Moscow or Kiev, mind that it's nearly 600 USD! I know other Italians agree too....

May I suggest you try FKK Andiamo in Villach. It does not compare too well to the best German FKK's in Hessen or NRW, but beats the pants off the ripoff joints you have described in NG.

Villach is easy to reach by car either from Ljubljana or the NG/Gorizia area.

I thought I'd add some updates of my experiences in the NG region.

I have been visiting clubs on and off for a few years in this area and can offer the following experiences.

Club Golden Eye;

Friendly club. Girls are often a bit lazy in dancing if it is quiet. Owner is friendly. There are usually 3-6 girls at the club. Entry is standard 15€ and drinks for girls usual 15-25€, but the chats with the girls are often hurried by the bar staff.

Club Europa;

Struggling financially and keeps opening and closing. Only 2-3 girls working but they dance often enough. Entry fee can sometime be overlooked, but otherwise 15€. Girls drinks, 15-25€ and the girls will chat for a long time, no problem. The bar often has no beer to serve of late due to financial difficulties.

Club Maralyn;

I visited here a few days ago. They had about 8 girls working, all fairly good looking girls and friendly enough. A bigger club than the other two. Entry was again 15€. Drinks were 25-50€ though and you had to buy a lot for the girls to keep chatting. I was misquoted (lost in translation) for the drinks so ended up with a 300€ bill for 4 hours chat when I expected a 100€ bill. Appalling. I could have gone to the Margareta and had 2 shags for that price and a far btter time!

All in all I would say NG is too damn expensive for too little. I usually go away from these clubs feeling ripped off. Of the three clubs I prefer Golden Eye as I don't feel pressured to spend all the time and they are happy for you to just enjoy a beer and watch the girls, with a little chat if they are not busy. Maralyn was a total rip off club that I would avoid like the plague! If you are looking for sex, forget the clubs and chat up a girl in normal bar. Cheaper and easier.

My first time there, my first time in a casino town, my first time in a FKK kind of place... as you can already guess, plenty of novelty to keep me entertained!

HOTEL ACTION

Once strip clubs and brothels shut down around 3 or 4 am, some of the girls working there apparently flock to the two major casinos (Perla and Park) in search of extra income, but I didn’t stay up until that late, and therefore couldn’t witness it first hand.

STRIP CLUBS

- Mona Liza (200 meters from the Italian border)

15 € to get in plus a drink, 50 € for a 10 minute lap dance.

When my friend and I got in it was about midnight, and found to be the only customers.

There were 6 or 7 girls, which I’d rate 5 to 6 with maybe a couple of 7s. With some, if not all of them, you can arrange for a day-after, out of the premises meeting, but in order to do this you still have to pay the 50 € to have a chance to remain alone and talk privately with them...

I didn’t partake, and have no regrets.

- Club Europa (halfway between the Perla and Park hotels)

Same prices of Mona Liza, same setting... didn’t bother to enter.


MARGHERITA (located behind hotel Perla, easily recognizable by the blue neon lights)

The plaque outside the entrance door introduces the place as a swingers’ club, reporting prices as follows:

190 € for single men / 120 € for single women / free for couples. Once inside, however, it becomes clear this is a brothel similar to German FKKs.

You pay the admission fee and the manager takes you to the locker room where you leave all your clothes and belonging and exchance them for a white bath robe and slippers.

On the ground floor there’s the bar and the comunal area, which is where you get to know the girls, rest after a session, and eat and drink, all while comfortably seated on sofas. In the basement there are a couple of big jacuzzis, a turkish bath, plus showers and toilets; bedrooms are on the first floor. Everywhere is spacious but not oversized, making for a cozy atmosphere.

On my visit there were 8 girls: 5 east europeans (all Bulgarians I believe), 2 Brazilians and 1 Dominican, dressed in skimpy bikinis. A couple of 6s, four 7s, one 8 and one solid 9.

Once selected your companion, you chat with her for a bit, then procede downstairs to have a dip in the jacuzzi (can do this together with a friend of yours and his girl, to me it was half the fun!), then finally go upstairs. The basic all-covered-no-kiss-on-the-mouth-1-hour service costs 50 €, while for everything else a girl may allow you’ll have to pay an extra.

I had my first session with “Camelia”, a raven haired Bulgarian whom it took me a while to thaw, but once mellowed turned out to be a rather sweet girl, eager to please. We made love slowly but passionately, and even though like I mentioned it was all covered, I thoroughly enjoyed it. Back downstairs in the main room we sat close, stroking each other and blabbering away for another half an hour.

After having something to eat (I nibbled on cold cuts and cheese with some bread) I decided to approach the Brazilians, which in hindsight was a good choice.

One of them was of mixed origins, half Brazilian and half Thai: beautiful eyes, smooth skin, near perfect firm ass... I admit I’m a sucker for exotic mixes, but she was really something.

We talked for a good while about all kind of stuff, and really made a connection, so much in fact that later on, when alone, she frech kissed me and allowed most of the rest for no extra charge. She made me swear never to tell the other girls or the manager as it could get her in trouble, and I kindly ask the same of you guys reading this post, in case you should visit Margherita in the near future.

I gave away this little secret in order to prove that if you know how to behave around PROs, you can get a better or upgraded service at the same prices.
As for the sex itself... well: Brazilian, involved... she fucked my brains out.

To round up my review of this establishment:

- open from 6pm until 3am
- all soft drinks and booze are free with the exception of champagne
- you can leave and re-enter

IMHO Margherita is an expensive joint only if you either don’t have much time or don’t feel like spending extensive hours in there, because a single session works out at 240 €.

On the other side, the more you shag the cheaper it becomes, down to a bargain:

fuck twice for 290 € (145 each)
fuck three times for 340 € (115 each)
fuck four times for 390 € (under a 100 each)
Personally I really had a good time.

FARAON CLUB

Having already made up my mind that I’ll go back to Nova Gorica, I opted not to visit this other sauna, which has been reviewed earlier in the thread, so as to have at least one new place to visit next time.

Margherita is just at the back of Perla Casino in Nova Goriza, you can ask to everyone. But there entrance 190€ and 50€ for a bed service (all covered and no FK) and only few girls are good to fuck.
