Wandering around trying to figure this out and not knowing Tokyo well adds to the concern. Soaplands sounds awesome. I'll see what's possible.

Don't worry about that, you are in a good hotel I am sure they will provide you a map with instructions to take the subway, what I can tell you is the subway is more simple than that of Beijing. The staff in the subway station is willing to help. If you need any help they will be glad to help you. Japanese people are very patient and try their best to help people find their way.
