I don't see this happening. It is total chaos, randomly flung about pharmacies, counties, states, doctors and whatever, most have broken web pages that require registration and excludes illegal immigrants because they cannot exist because the management consultants and their flow diagram assumptions are perfect. 1.8 million doses are being given per day in the United States and is increasing. The rate was 1. 5 million per day the previous week. Johnson and Johnson's single dose vaccine which will not require extreme cold storage will likely be approved this week and begin administration next week. This will ease logistics of distribution and increase compliance.

At the same time, the Defense Production Act is to be implemented to increase production of vaccines and supplies.

At current vaccination rates, we're predicted to reach the 60% threshold by August and 75% by September. That rate is predicted to double in the upcoming month even before factoring the Johnson and Johnson supply and ease of distribution logistics it will bring. Best case estimates to threshold, although unlikely to go without some speed bumps, is Late May or June. But even before herd immunity is reached, transmission rates will continue to decline barring any super mutation events.

On a positive note, the man was finally discharged home today to his wife and daughter.

You know there will be some self righteous asshole that thinks they are a superior being to other mere earthlings, that will reply to this. They will reveal their total lack of grace and etiquette, hinting at a false humanity and compassion in one breath and in the next blaming the patient for their inferior health. I thought that etiquette was of French origin but it seems not to be a national trait. Let's see if we can set a higher standard.
