The ones that look like are shot at VIPS are actually done in a nice penthouse apartment in Leme. Shooting at VIPS are reserved for major productions because it is expensive by Brazilian standards.

The street was the street, it never changes. The girls outside Maia Pataica are all different from my last trip yet strangely look identical in most ways to the previous generation. After a 2 year absence, I just finished a whirlwind 2 days in Rio before leaving for another city. My quick assesment is this:

Centaurs (I used to live there): way downhill. Not worth it, and I've always been the first to defend it. It was GREAT 2-3 years ago, definitely the best girls to be found. Not anymore. I had a hard time finding one girl I liked.

4x4: loved it but very crowded after 5pm. Bumped into one of my garota "friends" Vanessa who I hadn't talked to in 2 years. During that time she managed to get married to one of us gringo suckers who brought her up to Miami, left him, still wears the ring in the termas while she's banging 5 guys a day. The second girl I banged at 4x4 had just returned from 2 years in Italy after breaking it off with her man (well, it least it wasn't a gringo this time -I guess guys are stupid all over).

Help: Only went Tuesday night and it was not great. The majority of these girls are lesbians, see guys as ATM's and just emit evil. I don't know how any guy who isn't completely f**ked up would ever think of pulling one of them. They just look like little evil con artists with no soul and little in the way of looks. This is not to say there aren't some half way decent girls as well just trying to earn a buck, but man, the more I'm there the more I see behind the curtain and really don't like what it looks like. Ended up pulling one of the only decent looking girls who was ready to walk at anything below R300 so I caved but at least she was full gfe and sweet.

I'd say the best girls in the termas are equal to what Mike comes up with. Afterall, I'm sure he's pulling from the same pool. Think about it. Almost any girl who will be a porno star in Brazil will also be a gdp -the american porno stars are all available. Look at hotside there are some girls who say they've done porno and some of the escort sites feature girls who've done porno. When I look at all these Big Butt Brazil films all those girls are basically the cream of the crop from the street, Help, Termas agencies and indy escorts. They're all there for the taking, Mike is just filtering them out for you.

Bubba, I agree with you on this. But if you really want the guy to find out, give him name and girl description. You will do him a favor and we will know what girl to go to to get a freebie ;-)

Among the girls appearing on Mike in Brazil there was Mônica Mattos. She was escorting, a while ago, in São Paulo.

More recently, there was also Sarah Mineira (a GP in Sampa) but she changed her name to Sarah Scott for the porn industry. (She never worked for Mike in Brazil) . I've heard that she is probably working sometimes in Café Photo.

I got know "Sweet" very well during my many and extended stays in Rio. His name was Doug and he was in his early 50s and originally hailed from Michigan, where he earned a law degree, although he lived in Houston until his death where he was the owner of Sweet Mesquite restaurant. He was a self-proclaimed termaholic and pudgy with a mustache and was always seen in the termas, particularly 4x4 and 65 with a glass of Miolo Cabernet in hand and a wine-stained terma robe. He was known to fall asleep while relaxing in the termas and for his loud snoring. He spent almost half his time in Rio and got his tourist visa about 3 years ago by applying for it, not by marrying for it.

Sweet was a great friend and a great companion and guide who could always be counted on for a bit of advice, particularly about Rio's dining scene. He prided himself on never, or rarely, having gone to any of Rio's "regular" tourist attractions.

When he was in town, he could be found most afternoons at Alcazar or the Atlantica in front of Help having lunch prior to leaving for the 3PM opening of 4x4 or 65.

He will be missed.

Like I have said one million times, you have to look at it like it´s a carnival. When you arrive you pay your money to enter, you ride all the rides, you eat the popcorn and cotton candy, then you take your happy ass home until next time. You can not take the rides home with you as some people try to do. You have to leave them there for the next group of people who want to visit the carnival. I would not think of sending Six Flags money every month after I have left, expecting them to section off the ´Scream Machine´ and let no one else ride until I return.
