You may want to strike out H81, and the cheaper hotels, as they have gotten a bit strict, re: visitors to rooms.

Do they not allow their guests to have any visitors?

I've read of streetwalkers around the area of some of these "cheaper hotels" and it has been reported recently that theses hookers use them for ST dates with their customers. For example, the following comments from 4 customers of one such hotel said:

Sigh. You're not reading the words actually being used. When ET or I refer to online "pimps" or OKTs we are referring to incall, where you meet the girl at her hotel, or at a pre-arranged short time hotel. You think we are referring to agencies that offer outcall service where the girl comes to you. We are not.

There are outcall agencies in SG, online and in the phone book. They are overpriced, never send who is pictured, and in operation for the informationally ignorant and / or people who have no flexibility to go out "shopping" at Brix, OT, Geylang or an incall.

Online OKTs offer incall. There are different online communities focused on these OKTs stables of girls, as well as discussion of the local "cheongster" mongering scene. These forums are primarily local in nature, with discussion largely in Singlish or Teochew / Hokkien. Each OKT specializes, some in Viets, some in PRCs, some in Koreans, some in Caucasians (always CIS / FSU/'Stans). The OKTs come and go, with often very creative "brands." None last a long time, even though a "new" brand may be an old OKT staying one step ahead of the police. Picking up in a bar is indeed a hit & miss but at least you can cross check a bit the chemistry. Having said that, go to Brix, under the Hyatt hotel, and you should find some caucasian girls.

In my experience at BRIX, the white women were commanding some rates that didn't work well for me. They tended to have a lot of guys hanging near them. That's been a while so it could certainly change. Another potential option would be to check craigslist carefully. I know that can be a dicey game but you might find something. I've had a couple good shags from CL in Sing in the past, but not white girls.

If the local rates are less than what I charge in the uk then I probably won't bother working and just enjoy myself and have a relaxing holiday and enjoy the sights as I am flying on to australia anyway so its really just a stopover for me to break up the long flight.

If you think to work on UK rates and system, I would not bother to find an hotel where you can work.
