Steamer invited me to join him and his Filipina GF at Rocky's Philipino club last night. I told him I was going out with Wildcat, so he suggested to bring her along. Later that night, we arrived and met Steamer for the first time. But she elbowed me hard in the ribs when I was enjoying the scenery too much, and told me she knows where I'll be when she goes overseas soon. I think she's right.

With some good fortune I was able to squeeze in another couple of days before taking my flight out.

Agreed to meet Tubby in Jockeys and was there by 8.45pm. Place was about 60% full, usual Jockeys crowd of PRC / CIS African girls. Found a spot at the bar and ordered a beer whilst waiting for Tubs to arrive.

Not long before a PRC girl comes up asking me to be her friend, but way too early and have not even got half way through my first beer yet. Another PRC tries her luck, but being older and chubbier than the first girl she had no chance. I am conscious of the African contingent all looking at me and slowly closing in.

She is still trying her best when Tubs walks in to the rescue and she slopes off.

We get a beer, but it was not long before PRC Cheng Cheng jumps out of nowhere and is all over Tubs. Tubs is trying to take it slow / looking for newer pastures, so she is sent away. I read the Dubai and AD thread for the informative FR by you and others like WR, Piper1, Steamer33 etc but also because of the camaraderie reflected in the reports and the assistance extended to a fellow ISG.

I hope the new visa ruling is not going to change the mongering scene too drastically.

As for visa rules, someone 'in the know' told me last night there will be some loop-holes, but essentially it means less WGs, prices will go up in general, and there will be higher turn-over and constant new faces. The new dynamics will be interesting.

quick walking tour last night to show a new pal in town a few of the main bars:

rock bottom at regent palace hotel around 8pm for a few games of pool and a bite to eat. it seems to be a new venue for filipina semi-pros or freebies - not sure. about 15 of them sitting in the pool room, more arriving as we left at 930pm.

jockeys bar in panorama hotel. almost all african and chinese. no gems. stuffy crowded and hot small room. as usual, got out of there without finishing the drink.

music room in majestic hotel across the road, around 10:30pm - just for pool and band nowadays? no wgs in sight.

rumors at ramada - doormen insisted on entry fee (40aed incl drink), but wouldn't let us have a peek inside first. from experience, not worth it, so we walked on to ...

imperial suites hotel. doormen wanted 50 aed entry fee (no drink included). we debated and didn't budge, and eventually the manager sitting nearby told them to let us in. big thank you and handshake to him. on entry they have a large plastic tub with cold rolled towels in ice - much needed and felt great. nice touch. the main bar full of african and chinese with a handful of uzbekis - some cuties from all three 'nationalities'. not crowded, aircon was great. pumping philipino band. much better quality girls than york, but smaller selection. relaxed atmosphere (well, it was saturday night - a week night in dubai). the second bar is newly-renovated and had a russian band - not bad. also a separate pool room bar - empty. will visit imperial suites again soon.

regal hotel around 1130pm same doorman from the other night remembered me, laughed and waved us through, saying "yellah" (hurry/get going). same 30-40 girls as a few nights ago. not crowded. still one of the better places for cis girls. again a cis girl told me in her cis accent that she is iranian. this is happening more and more recently. i told her i'm jamaican and excused myself, and pal and i left for ...

york hotel around 12:30am to play more pool and look around. no entry fee, and usual good mix - someone for everyone. a little crowded, but always a relaxed atmosphere on week nights.

The last week has found my motivation for hunting around in negative territory – and as long as Lisa2 is delivering her entertainment (both fun and adult) I see no reason to play the field and risk losing what I have for a new adventure with all the pitfalls / disappointments that can come along with it.

A few incidents to report over the last week:

During the week, Lisa2 sends me a text “I know you like my sister” – and I’m lost what she is trying to say – is this another mind game she’s trying on here? An exchange of text’s and she claims I’ve taken her sister – I’m skeptical about this as Lisa2 won’t tell me her name /number or which bar I “met” her so that I can verify her story. She tells me they don’t get on very well and they have not really spoken for about 2 months – claiming her sister was trying to take first shot at any reasonable guy that would come into the bar.

She is particularly upset as I have apparently sent her one or more messages even though I’ve been with Lisa2. I know this is b******t so I let her look at the numbers I’ve got stored in my phone and she see’s her sister’s number is not there. I let her know that it is possible I’ve taken her sister (whoever she is) but the message story is a wind-up from her sister, given I don’t have her number. She then tells me who it is and my god…….its PRCYaya…..the girl I took before and the one that Almaty brought to our table on Thursday evening in Seaview……

Any lingering doubts were completely cleared up when a few nights later in the Seaview Tubs expressed an interest to see her sister, so Lisa2 went and told her (PRCYaya) to come over, confirming her sisterhood status.

Friday evening in the York – its 1.30am – and the place is packed. Would guess 50%F / 50% M – but for some strange reason most of the guys are all around the dance floor area. An argument breaks out between two guys and for a second I thought a punch up was about to break out, but somehow defused by the surrounding people. The bouncer that gives Lisa2 a hard time comes up for the third time tonight and I cannot hold myself any longer – and lay into him as to what is his problem. He leaves and I call for the manager to explain what happened, as I am concerned that he will just give Lisa2 a harder time next week. He apologizes and I tell Lisa2 to call this manager if she has any more problems with the bouncer.

For me, I do not want to visit the York again (although market forces may oblige me to do so next year) – and will prefer to spend time at the Seaview, as IMO, better band, more relaxed in terms of GFE from the bouncers (able to put your arm around waist, kiss on cheek, etc) and does not have that “meat market” atmosphere the York has.

Saturday evening in the Seaview and two very cute PI girls in their group of 6, wearing nice short denim skirts – have not seen them before. Place was about 50% full – good ratio 70% F / 30% M – and probably stayed that way most of the night. Lisa2 gets me on the dance floor and I must have been 1 of 3 guys amongst 15 or so girls dancing – that’s the atmosphere I’m looking for!!

I am looking forward to coming to Dubai and will stay in Four Points Sheraton during the first week of September which is the start of the month of Ramadan (from 2nd September). My bookings is from 5th September to 10th and from 26th September till 29th (During my going and returning from Canada)

I was in Dubai Last week for a very short stay was at Panorama hotel Bur Dubai, the hotel is Girl Friendly ++ no issues at all but the girl needs to have a copy of the visa plus Dhs 100/- payment. The night manager even advises you to pay cash so that it’ll not appear in the final bill saying " Additional Bed Charges ", well that was a very pleasant thing as I ve had problems with taking girls up to my room during my previous visits where I stayed at Rush Inn, Palm Beach and York definite NO NO s.

I arrived late evening since it was a quite along flight I had to hit the bed for a couple of hours woke up, bummer! I have overslept I wanted to get up around 2. 00 am but it was 3 15. So I headed towards York on its just walking distance but was quite warm outside as its nearing the peak summer in the Middle East.

I took Wildcat and a few friends to check out Charlie Parrots last night. Great bar with tropical theme. Drinks a little expensive, but food was good and inexpensive. A few tables of gorgeous single young women and a few mixed groups. They have a live duo most nights, but not last night (Sunday). Around 10:30 there were a few PRC WGs in cocktail-party dresses, sitting quietly at the bar looking around for targets. One was very tall with long bleached-blonde hair. Not bad. By midnight many girls were dancing together, but hardly any guys there. Looks like a good place to try for non-WGs, with the back-up plan of a WG or three just in case?

I was there for a short while last night but left before 10. Drinks may be pricy but they are on par or cheaper than most places in the area. It seems the “Top” Swedish pop duo have left, for me this is a positive move, while they were averagely attractive it was nothing more than glorified karaoke and set my teeth on edge. There was only one unoccupied PRC WG up to the time I left.

I notice there is some sort of deal with the WGs and security, on a couple of occasions I have seen negotiations going on out side. I went there once with Miss DJ and while we were not challenged he seemed to take a lot of interest in us.

We left and during a hot and steamy walk along “The Walk” in front of the JBR complex I spotted two PRC SW’s one even giving us the “hello, where you go”. Both were good lookers too, not the typical Deira type SWs. Maybe they were heading to Parrot’s

To conclude it’s certainly not worth making the journey to this part of town looking for WG’s but if you are in the area there may be some pickings. However there have been some high profile incidents in the area including a Brit falling/jumping from the thirty somthing floor of one tower and more recently the murder of a well know (and judging from the photos in the press quite tasty Lebanese pop star), this is on top of the bonking on the beach incident, so I would not discount significant CID presence.

I would reverse the question – What’s a good place to hit at the weekend. Assuming you are referring to WG pickup joints and not regular night clubs (this is the ISG after all) IMHO it’s ALWAYS better in the week, the weekends are too manic, M/F ratio is much worse and prices are higher.

Which bars are lacking compared to you last visit, I am sure others would find that information useful. From the Crowne Plazza a 15 AED taxi ride will take you to the Golden Triangle in Bur Duabi. Jockey’s (Panorama Hotel), Imperial Suits, York, and Rocafellas (Regal Plaza Hotel) RTFF for more info.

Last time I was only in town for two days on the weekend and never really ventured out much, other then the beach. But I didn't need to. There where tons of WGs outside, inside, inside the bars, inside Zinc, inside the mall here at crowne plaza. Now though not so much. I've been here three days now and have seen maybe 5 WGs around the place.

So I figured with the scene lacking around here this trip and my having more time I would go out to some other places. I want to go to the York since I hear so much about it here on this site I just wasnt sure if there where certain places that are more popular during the week then others.

Update: I hear LE were active last night also (Wed night).

Can confirm that. One patrol car sat outside Ratskys about 1 am. Ratskys was hideously busy, jam-packed with lookie-lous annoying punters and girls, very smokey and humid - almost like a smog inside - and too dark to really make anyone out clearly. Tried to track down a couple of girls from my recon visit last week, but they weren't answering their phones and I couldn't see them in the throng. Had one drink and decided to head to Seaview at about 1.25am.

Passed several police patrols on way to Seaview where I ended up taking home a cute Fili sandwich, me being the meat in the middle. Luckily no LE about as we left.

At Dh500 per girl (one spinner I've been with several times before and like - great firm rack for a tiny girl - and one chubbier with huge firm breasts) and they both left only at 11.30 this morning it was great value.
