The Law is clear, Massages are allowed as long as the place gets registered as a spa. Lot of Salon's these days provide shadow spa services which goes against the premise of the place being a glory hole for cosmetic services.

There is no Law preventing massages or female therapists or masseuses, High Court of AP (Erstwhile Unified AP) struck down then commissioners order AK Khan who stipulated only male to male or female to female massages be allowed. So no restriction on cross gender massages. TOP Court in TS / AP said. Massage parlors can provide and indulge in services involving cross gender massages.

If you are caught in a compromising position then it becomes a issue, still there is no IPC law which prevents massages, since you paid for the service and it can be proved via a verifiable transaction, you are basically screwed as Law prohibits paid solicitation of sexual services. LE uses that bit to create social stigma.
