I don't frequent the NRW swinger clubs that often these days but I previously liked visiting Caesers Palace but do bear in mind that they have no paid ladies there and so no guarantee of any action.

Probably the best thing to do is sign-up on joyclub and you can then see what events are on, what the party theme is and how many people have signed up although do bear in mind that the numbers are just an indication and there will normally be no-shows. Swinger clubs are usually a numbers game and in general the more people are there the better your chance of getting some action.
