How far are BB and Pica flor from Sosua? How much is a cab ride to each? Can you take a moto taxi?

Will a bus / public transportation drop you off near by or would it be too far to walk?

Pica Flor is on the edge of El Batey (which is the tourist part of Sosua). It is a five minute cab or motoconcho ride. I guess cab 200 pesos, motoconcho 100 pesos.

Blackbeards (Barba Negra) is 20 miles from Sosua. Someone just quoted 2350 pesos ($US50) each way by cab. (I do not know if Uber works in Sosua. If so, cheaper). It is possible to get there by public transport for as little as 200 pesos (includes two changes) and could take 60 to 90 minutes. But getting back after dark by public transport is a little more tricky. From your obsession with "captive" chicas (BB, Pica Flor, etc) I assume you have little Spanish or confidence, so the latter may not be for you.

I know nothing of Colombia, but I am surprised at what you say. Most of the pictures I have seen on monger websites are of colombianas certainly no fatter on average than dominicanas. Probably less so. But Colombia has a much larger population so I suppose there are more varied options.

As recently as twelve years ago, when I first visited, that was probably true. But a decade plus of riding instead of walking and American-style junk food has made a difference. This has been noted in a number of official surveys.

Plenty of big girls here. If you do not see them pictured in reports it us because so few guys select them and report on them.

I have sampled maybe around 1000 chicas in my time visiting then living here full-time, and they include no more than 10 who were on the fat side of average. But those were all good experiences. My impression is that big girls are more appreciative and affectionate.

After much looking around I finally found a spot in Sosua to reside semi-permanently.

My long time GF has moved permanently to the States to be with her precious son, so the coast is clear to make lots of casual relationships. (or so I thought!

I arrived on a beautiful day to check out my rented condo, but it turns out that it has been vacant for 6 months while they were trying to sell it, and my welcome to the neighborhood was the biggest cockroach I had ever seen and a wet bathroom floor.

I did what any red blooded guy would do, go to my favorite bar for a Presidente, to mull over the situation. It was Friday and the owner had left town. I'm wondering what to do next when the phone rings. A restaurant guy I know said I had a friend waiting for me there who spoke no English. Would I come over? WTF?

Well I went over and was greeted by a local chica I had spent some time with on a previous trip, who had heard through the grapevine that I was coming down for the winter. She started with the floors again, took all the shit out of every cupboard and washed it, washed out the cupboards before she put the clean dishes and pots back in. I'm outside on the deck most of the time because she wouldn't let me help for the most part. After a couple of hours the place feels and looks and smells clean and spotless. Then she starts on the food. We stayed home Saturday night.

Well, let me just say I was blown away by this chica. She works in PP so her hands are domestic hands with no inch long fake fingernails like my last GF had!

That's the bullshit domestic part so here's the on topic part.
