The prices are in Chilean Pesos (CLP). Look on your keyboard, there might be a "pound" sign, or a $ sign but nowhere will you see a CLP sign, so most people use whatever currency sign they've got. I didn't check out the link you put up but be aware that bait and switch is pretty common here. In the higher priced market $50,000 and up it's rare but don't be shy about saying no and leaving if what's offered isn't what you had budgeted for.
