... But to be honest the lineup at places like TopDamas, Felina, La Vie En Rose, PerlaNegra etc. Is much better than these small barclubs. That said I am also disappointed with Barcelona because I am very much a club-guy and dreaming of Scandalo and ViveMadrid when I'm in Bcn.

If you stick by your guns you have no other choice than going to Club Paradise in La Jonquera or (my personal favourite) Club Privee in Reus/Salou (Tarragona). I can't say they are nowhere near Scandalo or ViveMadrid (never been there, but I recognize the reputation), but at least you get to experience the best clubs around Barcelona. Forget the club scene downtown.

But maybe you are too lazy or have good enough reasons to only spend time in downtown? My best advice would then be to follow your own advice. Which happen to be very much alike the advice of Vagabond and Kyle. And mine.

Planning to go to TopDamas soon. I have read different directions into this place s would appreciate if some one could clarify.

- Is the first door, from the street locked and I have to buzz the bell to be let in? Or do I go in the door and ring a bell in the "lobby / stairway" inside?
