I was on the hunt in Flores recently, and found a local perp who could apparently get me a chica for Q500 for one hour but I needed a hotel room. Since I was staying in a hostel this wasn't an option. He said there was a bar 15 minutes drive away that was half the price for chicas but when I asked it was safe, he said 'yeees. With me it is'. Which scared me off.

Now in Panajachel about to investigate the below, so will report back if I find anything.

Since I mentioned in December 2018 that I was visiting Guatemala, I wanted to make a quick contribution to this forum as a follow-up.

I was in Flores for a handful of days in February 2019. I spent the vast majority of my time touring the Mayan ruins in the area, and since I didn't monger (or even try to, for that matter), I don't have any useful information to contribute. However, I can say that the streets of Flores are packed with scantily-clad European girls staying in the hostels and hotels on the island, so if you have any skill with that demographic, you might have good success in Flores. Also, there are tons of tuk-tuk drivers cruising the streets for fares, so if your spanish is good, you might just want to ask a few of them "donde estan las chicas?" or "where are the girls?" and see where they take you.

Had a good time here. Extremely touristy but it was a nice place with great views.

There is a strip club near the row of bars that had bedrooms in the back. Decent enough quality of lady's and 300 quetzal for 30 minutes. I liked this better than the lady places in Antigua.

Visiting friends in Belize and decided to try the action across the border. Non Belizeans pay 40 bz to cross and there are taxis to take you into town or you can walk from the Guat Immigration. Its more of a big pueblo with a market. Two decent bars as stated earlier. The best for action IMHO is called Parasdiso and is near the public market. They other one is larger but limited to 4 girls when I visited and nothing worth even talking to. Paradiso had about 10 girls and at least 4 I would have took for a spin. Its an open air bar so it can be cooler to sit and take in the scene. Chica beers are 40 queztal and girl with room is 200. The other bar was 150 for chica but quality very limited. I took the prettiest girl up to her room which they live in. She stated it was just for vaginal sex but would do CBJ for a tip. No amount was discussed so decided to wait and see how well she did. The street with the curtain bars (Night Club and La Cuevita) is Calle LOS Árboles. If you go past the old church, it only goes one block. So, I think Billy Baht means to bear left at the church and the ho house is in the second block, on the left hand side. Unless there are two. I have been to both curtain bars and the ho house and I found nothing I wanted, and I am not known for selectivity. But, it is cheap enough to drink in those places and no real pressure.

OK, so I will have to answer my own question. Heading towards the lake on Calle Principal, there is a large gringo bar on the left called La Palapa. This is a couple of blocks before you hit Calle Santander. When you see La Palapa on your left, turn right and look for the bars with the curtains. I am fucking a French Canadian tourist and after she buggers off I will check them out. Probably.

I went in one of the curtain bars- and walked right back out. No talent, just some older fat girls that didn't interest me. Continue up the same street to the top of the hill by the old church, then to the second street on your left. Continue on and the working girl house is on the left hand side, pass through a curtain, then walk through the court yard and you are there. Light on talent but I was only there once, so maybe I missed the hotties. I didn't take a girl, just had a couple of beers. Large Gallo was 40 Q.

I've been in Panajachel for a month and though the mild weather is great, I wouldn't really call it a party town. There are plenty of white tourist chicks and also some chickas from Guatemala city on the weekends.

There is a working girl house here and a couple of bars where 'company' is available, but I have no idea about prices because the talent I saw was poor. Still a guy could kick back, joke around with the girls and enjoy yourself if expectations are kept low.
