I was talking about Cafe Kirara in Kabukicho by Koma Theater, but I think it's a chain and there is also a branch in Ikebukuro. As far as I can tell all the branches have the same basic procedure. Also, I have tried a few different chains in Shibuya and Akihabara.I didn't have any problem getting into Cafe Kirara (the website is www.kiraracafe.com), but I went in the afternoon, when it was pretty dead, and the place seemed desperate for business. It probably helps to make friends with the staff there, and be able to speak some Japanese so you understand the procedure. I think the few refusals I've gotten, at any p4p establishment, have been right after the store had some kind of problem with gaikokujins who didn't understand the proper etiquette. Sorry it took me so long to get back to you-- as you might imagine, I can't access this site at work, and it's hard for me to access it many other places. I have been to several deai cafes since my first post, and they all operate basically the same way-- you pay about Y1000 for a "joining fee", and then about Y5000 for an "entrance fee", to get into the cafe itself. Then you are seated in a "men's area", separate from where the women are, and you get to view several waiting women-- usually through a one-way mirror, sometimes there is just glass or even open space. The girls run the gamut-- a lot of them look to be ordinary girls, who just had nothing to do and are in need of some money, others look to be hardened pros (who show up day in and day out). Here is another Chinese esute FS option, for those of us who still miss Paprika.
