For the last few weeks I've been happily fantasizing about my forthcoming return early next year to Brazil. After too many years away, but still with very happy memories -- Particularly Salvador, Fortaleza and Recife. The freebies in the Pelhourino and in Fortaleza (which the guys back home could scarcely believe! And all the friendly P4P er the years of course, and probably not in a good way -- but it was so good back then that surely it would still be a great experience!? But maybe not!

In reading through some of these reports, I get the impression that, apart from Rio, the action is now so poor that I might be better not to ruin my happy memories, (& waste valuable time! But travel elsewhere in S America instead.

Is Salvador really so slow now? Fortaleza not worth the trip?

I've been so disappointed that I'm now researching Asuncion? (which gets some good reports here). Buenos Aires? (which I've enjoyed before) . .? I was in Colombia earlier this year, and Cuba / DR late last year, so not keen to return to those this quickly. But I have 3 precious weeks, all to myself, to spend on our hobby before meeting up with friends in Mexico for some standard tourist time -- so I'd appreciate your input & suggestions.

Maybe I've over reacted to some negative reports.

In terms of action, my personal preference is for part-timers or freelancers from the street or bars and back to my hotel, and with clubs / brothels as a next choice rather than online hookups. As I said, I had good success previously in Brazil, but should I now limit my time there to Rio, and move on to BA and / or elsewhere?

There will be at least one trip report resulting next year, so maybe you can help make it an eventful one!

Freelancers, part-timers,(Semi-pros) for sure stick to Rio in Brazil.

Online from overseas is getting weak in Rio unless you local and on Happn / Tinder.
I am finding dimes but theyre few and far between and never in the city-almost always in the suburbs or Rio state-its harder for those girls to meet someone like us due to geography-you would never go to where they live unless you had a specific purpose!

Another update on the Salvador scene, January 2016.

* DAYTIME PRIVÉES IN CENTRO:

* Morganas Massagem.
- Rua 21 de Abril 40.
# Note 1: Directions: Take a "Praça da Sé" bus. On Av Sete de Setembro get off at Largo São Pedro. Cross the square and you'll see Rua 21 de Abril. Head down the street which is filled with streetstands. Number 40 is on the right hand between two lanchonettes. The entrance is like a white hall with white stairs. In the hall you'll see an adhesive from Morganas Massagem. Morganas is on the fourth floor (top floor), sala 401.
# Note 2: They charge R$50/30 minutes. Incredible it's still the same price. The basic price includes CBJ and no anal. BBBJ cost R$10-20 extra. Anal cost R$20-40 extra.
# Note 3: The cabins are nice and big. Clean sheets and thick mattresses. Most cabins have cadeira erotica. Shower before and after.
# Note 4: At least 10 girls working. Mostly negras and mulatas. The quality of the bodies on the girls are good, but not many beautiful faces around. I passed by twice but didn't get inside the building. Door closed and no doorman around. Maybe some other will be more lucky.

* OTHER PUTEIROS IN CENTRO:
In Carlos Gomes there are some seedy-looking clubs that looks very suspect. In Cidade Baixa, just after Elevador Lacerda there are some bars with GPs. Fat scary women with scars in their faces. Also on the ladeira leading from Cidade Baixa to Cidade Alta you'll find one super-seedy puteiro. When I visited Feira de São Joaquim (after Comercio in Cidade Baixa) I saw plenty of GPs. Tough women that looks like war veterans, none doable. Use caution when visiting Feira de São Joaquim, the area is quite rough.

* OTHER MONGERING.
* Pelourinho: Pelo is far from what it used to be. Just some ugly drugaddicted streetwalkers.
* Porto da Barra: There are a bunch of streetwalkers. Very few looks doable. Just sit down at Macau, the chinese bar, and they'll approach you.
* Barra: Sometimes there are some streetwalkers around.
* Orla strip-clubs: I don´t monger in the Orla but there are a bunch of overpriced stripclubs.
* Orla privées: Many of the bairros along the orla have privées but I never bothered to check them out.

* NON-PRO´S.
If you want beautiful bahianas with nice bodies you should go for non-pro's. In Salvador there are many hot stunners. Try your luck on the beach, Shopping Barra or on the street.

* OTHER INFO:
The new prefeito has done a lot to freshen up some parts of the city. All the Orla from Porto da Barra-Barra-Ondina-Rio Vermelho looks really good now. Many more people strolling in the evenings and more outside bars. Unfortunately Porto da Barra is starting to get invaded, just like Barra became, from an unwanted community.
If you want to enjoy great food at reasonably prices go to Caranguejo do Sergipe in Barra. Their Moqueca is heavenly. It's not rare that some GPs turn up at Caranguejo do Sergipe.

How hard can it be to follow directions or reading a map? To anybody else who looks for Morganas and don't want to spend taxi money. Do as I said before:
1. Take a Praça da Sé bus.

3. Cross the square and you'll see Rua 21 de Abril.

Been on a mini-SA tour going to Salvador, Rio and Lima. If I could do it again, I'd replace Salvador with Sao Paulo and Lima with Venezuela. Both Salvador and Lima were useless but since this is a Salvador board, I'll stick to Salvador. As mentioned, the city is spread out so the taxi fare will add up. On the first night, we went to Eros. There was this petite yet voluptuous woman who struck both me and wingman's eye. Her name was Alexis. Pretty smile, long hair, soft skin, nice and firm butt and warm personality. I didn't care to pay the 80 R bar fine which would have brought my bill over $100 US so I passed.

Morganas.

The mysterious Morganas. Oh how everyone has struggled to find this place. I looked for 2 days, 2 nights and no luck. When I looked on Google maps and got the cross street, I figured I had to run into it if just keep walking that street. There was a lot of taxi fare spent as some locals said this place was in Pelhourino and others mentioned it was in Sao Pedro. The other directions on this board did not work for me or everybody I asked so let me help anyone trying to find it.

1st: Have a taxi take you to Shopping Center Lapa. They will know where this is as it states "Shopping Center Lapa" on the building which is painted red. When I asked my hotel for a taxi here, they asked why did I want to go and recommended other safer places. I replied because I wanted to and I needed a taxi.

2nd: When you get out the taxi, Shopping Center Lapa should be on your right, walk straight one street and turn right on Avenida Joana Angelica.

3rd: After you make that right, turn left onto the first street you see which is a one-way. Don't look for signs as there are none. I mean there is a reason why no one can't find this place. It's in an abyss.

4th: Go down the street and keep looking left for building 40. When you get to building 40, you will see that there is a sign inside near the end of the hallway which says Morganas, 401.

*The place is closed on the weekends and I believe on the weekdays is open from 9 AM-7:30 PM. The women here were horrid when I went, one was doable which I took back and sessioned with.

Salvador as a whole was not as I expected. Rio Vermelho was a teenager's paradise and the mongering options were not as plentiful. The women do have that curly silky hair which I love but its not worth going back.

I jumped into a taxi looking to go to Morganas today and the taxi didn't know the name or the address. We drove around for 15 minutes talking to other drivers who also didn't know. Can anyone confirm that its still open and how best to get the driver to take me there?

I can't give better instructions than I have given before. Tell your taxi driver to take you to Largo São Pedro and then continue on foot,

So. I'll be in Salvador for only one day. I'm looking for a place where I can get a really decent full body massage with a Happy Ending. Not much more that that.
