Learn from Mayor Filner and Weinstein and so many others. USA is a sex prison

So many politicians and others have been burned with sexual harassment charges, Metooed, rape claims etc. Bill Clinton got burned, as did Mayor Filner of San Diego, Weinstein and many others years later like Bill Cosby. Most of their problems could have been avoided by partying with women outside the USA or feminist countries like Sweden or Australia. After the feminist Metoo movement, guys in the USA are starting to realize that American women are very risky to be around. Check out www dot goingyourownway dot com forum lounge for the latest advice for avoiding divorce, sex harassment claims, feminists, alimony etc.

About early 2000's, a guy I know worked in managerial level at a Fortune 50 industrial company in LA, employing tens of thousands workers. On Friday paydays street hookers would line the major streets around the factories in that blighted industrial area, not residential, at lunch time and into the night. The guy went out to lunch and spotted a slutty-looking young girl hanging out near a motel. He stopped the car to offer her a "ride" and was quickly surrounded, man handled, cuffed up in a police van with a dozen other workers, a few even knew him at work..

    Mongering Credit Card

Mongering is such a large hobby of many I think some bank should offer a Mongering credit card. Instead of cash back perhaps a blow job or free massage with a happy ending once in a while. Should be able to find a bank in Thailand to make this happen.

Pursuits of happiness. Not in the USA

    Rambo,

These are words of the wise.

He stopped the car to offer her a "ride" and was quickly surrounded, man handled, cuffed up in a police van with a dozen other workers, a few even knew him at work.

The local police did not have evidence that he actually offered money for sex or took aany furtherance act for prostitution but they arrested and booked him anyway. Local paper published names and booking pictures of arrestees the same week and most people at work quickly knew about his arrest, of course his wife quickly heard about it. He was shamed, had to quit his high-paying job. Peer pressure pushed his wife to divorce him, lost his home, his children no longer looked him in the face. He had to hire a high-powered and highly respected attorney, who was a respected local pro-temp judge, to fight the charge. There was a lot of legal wrangling, bluffs and threats, between the defense attorney and the city attorney of that small blighted city, who normally would only prosecute $50 parking and $500 speeding tickets in court, but he had some help from the county the. A. office. The case dragged out for over a year until the city attorney decided to drop the case. He cleared his name but by then had run up about $20 K in attorney's fees, lost his job and his family.

He spent a few more thousands for the attorney to expunge his name from the records of that municipal court, but when he traveled on business by himself and tried to enter Canada by air, the Canadian Immigration was suspicious of single male travelers, pulled up his arrest records, and based on information on that prostitution case deemed him a sex tourist, denied him entry into Canada. He was totally fucked.

After losing his job and the divorce, he was in Las Vegas for some R&R, found a nice, clean middle-aged woman in front of a late night coffee shop near downtown and started talking. She suggested partying in the motel nearby. He followed her to her room and was quickly cuffed by half dozen cops waiting inside. He was an intelligent and educated guy, but the allure of pumping hot, wet pussies can sometimes cloud a man's judgment and prudence. Attorneys in LV wanted thousands $ to defend the case but he found a discount firm that charged only $1 K to plead down to a jay walking charge. However, the circumstances of his arrest remain in court records. It's scary how LEs, Immigration, FBI, HSI can pull up arrest records and court information decades old with all the juicy details. Damn.

I used to go out to lunch and dinner with him in strip bars near LAX, where he was a broken man, drinking all night, pouring his guts out that a small indiscretion avalanched into events that completely destroyed everything in his life. It's a very sad story of the complete destruction of a man and his family by LE and the municipal legal system which I would not want to see happen to anyone else.

Prosecution of prostitution-related vices are even fiercer now with emphases on human trafficking. Be careful and try to stay well away from any acts even only fringing the laws. Lots of hungry attorneys on government payrolls would love to take you on for righteous causes and over time pay.

Are they still charging $30 FMM for pedestrian crossing or is it back to normal

When I visited in July they tried to hit me up for $30 FMM.

I bribed the guy $20 for 1 time visit thinking Covid will soon be over.

For those who crossed by foot recently are they still hitting you up for the $30 FMM fee or is it back to normal with free forms that you just fill out?

Before people reply with why I care about just $30 . I am cheap & it is the principal of it and I am just trying to gather intel before I visit near end of October so that I can be prepared.

Around 1914, prostitution became illegal in the state of California without any state referendum, and it was the decision of the then governor under pressure from women who had just been given the right to vote and to moral and religious organizations.
So true Rambo. Isn't it funny. Its not pursuit of our happiness its pursuit of their version of happiness.

They are expected to provide for her once your marry her, and possibly help the family, but you're not there.

I will say this, her family might not actually put 2-and-2 together about her work, because it's the idealized dream of every Mexican mother that her daughter finds herself a rich guy to look after her daughter, and that might be the line she feeds when about why she goes to work at the border, in hopes of finding a solid middle-to-upper-class Norteo. Her family might intentionally have blinders on.

Some Mexican families do put pressure on their Children to help them with money, even if they're grown ass adults not living at home, and if she's been lying about where the money comes from, she may have worked herself into a bind. I have a buddy who's mom just paid $60 k cash for a piece of land in a gated Colonia, and when I asked him where the hell she (who doesn't work) got that kind of money, he said it was from her savings of the money each of the grown kids give her each month. Family financial situations that come up are expected to be solved, whenever possible within the family- like they all pull together to figure it out. That's the cultural part. Hitting up the boyfriends for money is outside of that, unless you've made her think you've got plenty of disposable cash, and are willing to help her out with whatever she needs.

Sorry to hear the last night was rough, but the "I need to send money back home and I'm short, can you help me out?" conversations are probably not going to stop.
Very well said. Only serious low-life moochers will hit up a girl's "rich" boyfriend / husband for money. In the roughly 10 years I've known my main squeeze I've only been asked to contribute twice, as far as I can remember. Once was to chip in to help buy some medical supplies for mom, who had just had a hip replacement. A toilet seat extension, a walker, etc. And once, some cousin apparently pissed of some local narco and the cousin disappeared. They found his body several days later and I contributed a few bux to help bury the poor kid. I had a Thai "sister" for a number of years. She explained a lot about "normal" Thai families. (I find Thai culture has many parallels to Mexican culture) Families take care of financial emergencies within themselves. It would have to be something extremely dire, life and death, for them to ask a daughter's BF for money. My long-time Thai ex-GF said similar. If Somchai came sniffing around for money, she *might* consent to lend him a few baht with the proviso he pay it back. Should he not, there would not be another baht forthcoming. In other words, ClownDays is right. A "decent" family will not treat a daughter's BF as some sort of walking ATF. If that were to happen, the thing to do is to head for the nearest exit.

Some men should have the balls to sue prostitution laws as unconstitutional. Elliott Spitzer should do it.
If you think that religious people in San Francisco are behind this, well, as mom used to say, you've got another think coming!

There ought to be a law. And the Market Street Cinema. Oh, those were the days wink, wink!

Less damage to your wallet and never have to deal with family emergency requests. I'm amazed at how bad the bar girls budgeting skills are compared to my ex and her family that were middle / upper class Mexicans. The bar girls think of future money to pay back current debts. One said she is getting approved for a credit card and I just died inside as I think they see Americans just swiping, but no idea the bill comes due with high interest if not paid off every month.

    Legal Liabilities

Our bro NeverOnce has personally struggled with horrific spousal abuses and came out triumphant. He's now a Tijuana devotee.

NeverOnce is highly experienced in litigation. He's a good man to have on your side if you are suing or being sued by anyone. He can get you the multi million compensations you deserve.

It is only within the past 5 or 6 years that the girls started dressing like this. I can understand people that live in the neighborhoods get irritated when they act like this. My own belief is that eros centers like they have in Germany is the best solution. They are discreet & guys can still have fun at a reasonable price. The Eros centers have largely eliminated the pimps as well. As for Texas it is ridiculous that they have made prostitution a felony. Let's remember that a felony is defined as penalty that carries a sentence of 1 year or more. I seriously doubt prostitution will be legalized in the CA however.
