In a conference with the mayors of the country, the president warned the burgomasters that they must get ready to face the coronavirus pandemic without quarantine. The president said in a teleconference with the mayors that after April 27 almost all work activities will be reactivated, but not those of a social nature, related to entertainment and fun in public sectors. He revealed that we must enlist because at least 50% of the population is going to have the coronavirus. 80% will be able to be cared for at home, but 20% will need hospital care and 5% of the latter percentage will have to be in intensive care.

As of April 27, the Peruvian State will decree INTELLIGENT INSULATION, and it has already publicly announced that approximately 3,000 artificial respirators are expected to arrive from the Republic of China for the month of May and June..

The way I take that is Lima is still not great for mongering, but we saw movement on the currency market with the Sol now at 3. 7 per dollar. Entertainment and fun are still not reactivated which tells me the economy has a long way to go to recover. A 50% infection rate is sad given the rate of vaccination going on other places in the world.

Still, hotel prices are down nicely since the Sol has gone down in value, and I see little chance of it recovering. The Peruvian central bank seems to have depleted some of its foreign reserves and is keeping the Sol at 3. 7 versus 3. 3 to the dollar. I bet it goes to 4. 0. So Lima for mongering to me has gone from a red light to yellow. If the dollar gets to 4. 0 and the fun places are allowed to re-open, then it will be green. Mexico and Colombia have it beat now and Brazil for those of us who have gotten the vaccine has Peru beat too but Lima has gone from no go to may go. I hope we see what I consider green light pricing soon.

It sounds like you just didn't like my way of saying that this forum has been created to share information and that you can further get private information via PM if you join.

See what I mean? People should have a choice if they are interested in public information about a public venue or wanting private solicitation. Many people here (like me and others on the board) have no interest in recommended / prepagos / escorts / whatever. We need to go somewhere and look at and talk to the girl with no obligation before deciding to partake.

Most places are either closed or working behind closed doors (only with known customers).

You can try the ad-pages: Photokines, Kinestops and tens of others, but they are not much reliable in these circumstances, neither at being covid19-safe nor at being bait-and-switch-safe; however, if you do (try the ad-pages), don't for any reason make a deposit up front, pay the girl only after she shows up and you are sure she is what you want, and take all sanitary precautions you deem necessary, remember there are no UCI beds available at the hospitals and no Medical Oxygen either so, if you get Covid19. "hasta la vista, baby".

There is a girl or two I could introduce you to, and I'm sure there are a lot more Jockey16 can contact you with, but for that you must pay your subscription fee and activate your private messaging.

Hello Mr E. Were you serious about coming to Peru? Because it's not just the mongering that's spooky here it's public life in general. Everything poor value for money. Unless you have your own secret touristy trip in mind (Ayahuasca retreat?). Much as I'd like to meet up with you again I can't recommend you or anyone coming here at this juncture.

I was actually going to arrive Jan 1 but I had to work Jan 2, so I changed to arrive Jan 13. I have a couple of girlfriends there so I don't really do any mongering. My brother was just there a couple of days ago. He made it just in time. Sux to be me.

I would be long back in Brazil already if I hadn't exhausted my visa waiver there. As it is, I'm going to fly back to EU 20 days earlier than planned and maybe try to get a COE into TH from there. I fly from Sao Paulo though, and changing my Latam ticket from Lima to Sao Paulo has hitherto proved impossible. Any travel move these days equates to jumping from the frying pan into the fire.
