Hello friends,

Would Rio or SP be best for a newbie who does not speak Portuguese and enjoys darker women? I am not really the club type, so I would mostly be dealing with escorts. I looked on Photoacompanhantes and it looks like Rio has more darker women, but I have heard from some other fellow mongers that Sao Paulo is the safer and nicer city for a newbie. Read SP and RIO forums this is a often talked about subject with various opinions. Read the Forums......lots of helpful info.

I do feel a little more English spoken in Rio and overall more accommodating to Tourist.

As previously mentioned, plane ticket between the two cities is cheap, so cheap you should do both cities and its only a hour flight.

Citizen, I recommend São Paulo. If I were in the capital I could point you to places where locals go. With approximately $ 10 you fuck a lot of hot girls.

I'm Brazilian, believe me. São Paulo is perfect for beginners.

Rio has a higher % of darker women, but SP has plenty. There are 20+ million people in Sao Paulo, with every type of woman available.

Both cities can be plenty dangerous. But if you take the standard precautions, you'll likely be fine.

Go to BOTH. They are like a 40 minute, $50 flight away from each other. If you're in Brasil for at least a week, there is no reason to not visit both. Then you can decide which one you like the best. If you haven't already bought your plane ticket, I suggest buying an open jaw ticket flying into Sao Paulo and back home from Rio (or vice versa).

I felt under the weather for a couple days. I'm 80% sure I got the drug and that my mind is not playing tricks on me.

Confirmation will be in 3 weeks when I get the booster shot. The side effects are typically much more significant after the second injection, including fever. Then I'll know for sure.

The Renaissance is a nice hotel, stayed there a number of times. It used to be fairly expensive, I remember paying $400 a night when staying there on business but with the weaker real it looks to be less these days. As others have said the area around the hotel is nice, close to Ave Paulista and there are some good restaurants if you walk down the hill on Haddock Lobo. It's about a 20 minute uber to Tangara with traffic and closer to 30 minutes if you want to go to the Moema area. I am considering staying at the Renaissance again when I return early next year but I am also thinking about other areas (Vila Mariana or Morumbi / Brooklin area).

Don't even need to leave the hotel, there pros at the lobby's bar looking to catch gringos there and Hotel Unique. Probably some other hotels too.

I guess security don't bother them since they are buying drinks for themselves.

I'll only have Monday and Tuesday to play so hopefully can report something.

As you know, Sao Paulo has a large, diverse population. We can all find almost any look we desire there. Of course, Brazil is a magical place for ass lovers.

Renaissance Jardins but haven't been able to confirm yet.

I have not stayed at the Renaissance Jardins but I know the area, good spot. You could walk to http://casaraoaugusta.com.br/ from hotel (may not be open yet). I find the area very convenient. Shopping / Restaurants / Grocery Stores / etc.
