Anyways. Here's what I heard from a very reliable source.

Taichung Park.

I know that there are some around the Taichung park area. But all extremely old or really busted. (I mean giving them a 1 would be extremely generous. That bad!)

Here's the interesting part. Inside Taichung park.

Due to the sheer size of the park. It might take a while. But if you are patient enough. You'll see something good. And there seems to be a lot of goods.
