What type of a place the "Boobies" is? Is this a strip club or a regular bar? Are they all working girls? Please post if you have more info like where it is exactly located and what the price ranges are. Also, the same for the bar that is similar to San Diego bar. Things like location, whether there is a Motel next to it and the going rate.

Boobies is a strip club that gets allot of girls from Mexicali and further south. There are some pretty good girls there. Like all of Mexico 90% of the strippers provide services, its simply a known part of their job. Not all will go to a hotel, however they built small rooms next to the club for the girls to stay in and do business. Its location is literally right in front of the port of entry in Mexico. If you choose to walk across, there is a McDonald's as you approach the border from the United States that allows you to park a day for $4. 00. I have also left my car there overnight because there are numerous security cameras, but not too advisable. If you choose to drive in, it is fairly easy to get around in San Luis R. C. Go through the point of entry and the main road through the city is Calle Obregon. It is the first street you will come to after entering Mexico. From the port of entry, you can't turn onto Obregon because it is one way at that point, so you must go two more streets, turn left, and go two more streets where you make another left and come back to Obregon at which point you can go either left or right. If you go right, about three blocks down on your right is the bar I mentioned. If you go about four more blocks you will see on your right the massage parlor I mentioned. If you take a left on Obregon, Boobies is on 2nd street. Turn right on 2nd and it will be on your right with a big sign.

The hotels are lined along the entire strip. The Hotel Panda is very clean but not "girl friendly." There is a lower end hotel on your right called "Colonia" that I have stayed at. Definitely not top of the line, but visitors are no problem. It is $25. 00 a night; worth checking in, getting your business done, and leaving. If you walk across, go straight through the carousel, cross Calle International and right to Boobies on 2nd. If the massage is your thing, grab a taxi and if you know a little Spanish, simply say "Calle Obregon, massage." They will take you straight to it. If you drive, circle back onto Obregon as I described, take a right and go to about 8th street. The parlor is right on the corner, on your right, and has a big blue neon sign. There were some knock out girls there.

San Luis is relatively safe to walk around in. I lived there two years and never had many issues. Just trust nobody who offers you girls Etc. Go to the places I told you and you will find good looking women.

The Club Africa is straight up Obregon to 19th street. Don't know much about it though other than what I told in the first post, and also Medusas is good too. It is right at the border and above it are hotel rooms much like other Mexico brothels. I suggest you walk in and hit all of the clubs. Take a taxi. 20 pesos will get all over Obregon. Hit Boobies, Medusas, and Afrika and take your pick. You will likely get asked upon entry if you want a girl. I always said "ahora no" and watched the dancers until I found the girl I liked.

Prices are generally like any other Mexico city. $60-$80 an full hour. If you want them in your hotel it will cost more depending on the girl. Everything in Mexico is negotiable. The bar I mentioned is on 6th and Obregon on your right. You can't miss it. There are two large wooden batwing type doors and usually the mariachi band is out front.

My preference was Boobies. I had allot of fun, and scored several nice lookers there.

San Luis Rio Colorado can be a good place to score too. 'Boobies' has been open for years and has a good selection of girls. They built some small apartments now too long ago for FS and decorated the club a bit better.

There's also a local escort service that produces decent girls. But for me, Boobies is the place to go. There was also a bar on Obregon, the name of which slips my mind at the moment, that has several 7s that work there. They are not pushy and it is very similar in price and atmosphere to Bar San Diego in Mexicali but smaller.

San Luis Rio Colorado can be a good place to score too. 'Boobies' has been open for years and has a good selection of girls. They built some small apartments now too long ago for FS and decorated the club a bit better. There's also a massage parlor right on Calle Obregon, which is the main street after crossing the border. Usually two or three 8-10s there and several 7s or below. All turn tricks and will visit local hotels. Obregon has several low end to decent hotels. The lower end are ok with girls visiting.

A new strip club opened a few years ago on Obregon too, Club Africa. Last time I was in it, it was primarily local, vaquero types. The girls really didn't seem interested in me and none approached me and quality was poor.

* Have you verified that there is a raunchier side of town and what does that mean to you? Obviously guys will want to know if there is an area with street walkers and local dives. Try to find the right cab driver or maybe a porter at your hotel to guide you.

Also if you have time please give us a general overview of the city itself and what to do other than monger....food shopping must see etc.

Nobody answered my plea on TFF for info on Chihuahua. Therefore I had to go on my own and beat the bushes, so to speak! Through a couple of careless conversations I heard about the Bombay club and the Jaguar club. The Bombay club is located on Teofilo Borunda Avenue, also known as Canal Street due to the dry river bed running through it, and the intersection with Avenida Tecnologica. There is also another club about two doors down, called Ken-something! This actually had the nicest chicks, drinks were 50 pesos, and the drinks for the chicas were 100 pesos. The chicas were from 7s to 9s. Had only one drink and went to investigate the Bombay; slightly cheaper with 40 peso beer and 80 peso drinks for the chicks. One fella I met there soon got into the spirit of things, and although he was telling me earlier that take out was US$60 and no takeout fee, made the arrangement to take out a chick for US$90TLN, and another 1500 peso for bar fee. Quite a hefty sum. I must say the Bombay had more chicks, but quality control was not up to par; one blinding sight was a short fat girl on the main stage, and sadly if you had changed the sexual equipment she would have looked like Ironsides. Still looking for a wingman, or better yet a local guide to show me the raunchier side of town while keeping some safe distance from the violence. Overall in my time here it seems the violence is very targetted and not as Helter Skelter as the media would have you believe. Apparently year over year homicides are down 30. I went into NACO and did not find much. It is a very small little place. Not much there. I went into a couple of bars and found maybe 2 ladies in them and I am not sure if they were working or not. I only spent maybe a half hour in the town.

Has anyone been in AP lately? If so, please can you provide some feedback?

I was in AP last September. I was disappointed with Flamingo and Patio 5&10. There were not girls of my type and that was a Saturday night.

A local recommended Guau Guau. It had definitely better looking girls, but they were too expensive. They wanted $200. I ended up hooking up with one of the waitresses outside the club, but she left town.

Sorry late on this reply but since I am a gringo living in SanLuis RC thought I would comment. Very few street walkers. Only zone I found is near Libertad and 6. Be careful of TV but you can't miss them. Very few good looking women. The hottest one Rebecka is the worst fuck. And she will tell you that. I have a lot of fun but not many girls better than a 5. Cheap only 400 pesos. Better looking girls in Algodones. Boobies and Medusa are fun strip bars but spendy. Can't compare to Mexicali only been there once.
