Time really seems to be dragging. I was in LOS 2 months ago, but it seems like 4 months.

Just a few updates since then:

The Trophy Wife is still in contact with me. I guess she is having difficulty finding a rich guy, so she is keeping in touch. Not that I am all that rich (I retired with a nice nest egg, but I am not about to blow it on a woman when I have two kids I adore and who I WILL provide for before any woman), but she made clear she wants the good life and to be able to take care of her mother, aunt and younger sister. Anyone have any suggestions where else to go out of the country? We did go to Singapore for a day, but not sure I want to go back there. Viet Nam perhaps? Cambodia? I would be looking for places to photograph that is not more than a few hours by air. Neither of us are into the nightlife.

From my and, apparently, other posters' experience, the short answer is "no".

Oh, from girls of a certain lower level of attractiveness, my guess is anything goes anytime. But when I targeted the only half dozen or so reasonably good looking girls I spied on Soi 6 that evening, the answer to even an ordinary CIM finish was not just "no", but "Hell no, and here is my standard buzzkill lecture for men who would even dare suggest such a thing to me or any other Thai woman on the planet. Bangkok night scene can be at its very quietest in the last few days leading up to New Year. Can be very low traffic at 2 in the morning. Tourists may well be down as well, but many Thai people leave for the provinces at around New Year. Can be hard to get a ticket on the buses.

If you have collected enough girls, probably not all will have gone to the province.
