I am not rebuking your view based on your explanation and I thank you for your reply. I agree with your view if I have the same consideration as you. I am also explaining why I see it differently because I ignore the things that I can't prove or verify, like him being a virgin, or overpaid taxi fair from airport. Those things simply don't affect me and I can't prove him wrong. For me, there is no value so I don't react to it. After all, you wondered why I think it is a good report, right? That makes me want to explain my view.

That being said, he knows the taxi fair is 100 mil (I know it is off a little) but more or less close enough for a newbie. If he had said the taxi driver offered him 20 mil and he bargained it down to 10 mil, then my reaction would be different.

He knows what the taxi fair is, maybe not the exact amount but close enough, and who knows what taxi he was taking from the airport. He overpaid but that does not have effect on me as long as it's not me who is paying. Just like the member who picked the girl based on youtube video. It has no effect on me who he picked.

OK so the pay an insane amount for the taxi was newbie mistake. Honestly. It was 12 or 1 am and I just didn't care. Literally first time in Colombia.
